pair. dvadash bhav evan ang aur rog pratham bhav: sir, dimag, bal, chamri, sharirik karya kshamata, sadharan svasthya. dvitiya bhav: chehra, dayin ankh, dant, jihva, nak, avaj, nakhun, dimagi sthiti. tritiya bhav: kan, gala, kanth, kandhe, shvans nali, bhojan nali, svapn, dimagi asthirta, sharirik vikas. chaturth bhav: chati, dil, fefre, rakt chap, striyon ke stan. pancham bhav: pet ka upri bhag, kaleja, pittashay, jivan shakti, anten, buddhi, soch, shukranu, garbh. shashth bhav: udar, bari ant, gurde, sadharan rog, mutra, kaf, balagam, dama, chechak, ankhon ka dukhna. saptam bhav: garbhashay, andashay aur andagranthi, shukranu, prostet granthi. ashtam bhav: bahri jannendriya, ang-bhang, lanbi bimari, durghatana, ling, yoni, ayu. navam bhav: kulhe, janghen, dhamniyan, ahar, poshan. dasham bhav: ghutne, ghutnon ke rog, jor, chapli, sharir ke sabhi jor evan artharaitis. ekadash bhav: tangen, pindliyan, bayan kan, rog se chutkara. dvadash bhav: panv, bayin ankh, anidra, dimagi santulan, apangta, mrityu, sharirik sukh-dukh. nakshatra evan ang: ashvini - ghutne, bharni- sir, krittika- ankhen, rohini- tangane, mrigshira- ankhen, adrra- bal, punarvasu- ungliyan, pushya- mukh, ashlesha- nakhun, magha- nak, pu. falguni- gupta ang, u. falguni- guda, ling, garbhashay, hasta- hath, chitra-matha, svati-dant, vishakha-baju, anuradha- dil, jyeshtha-jihva, mul-pair, pu.asharha-jangh evan kulhe, u.ashadha-janghaen evan kulhe, shravn-kan, dhanishtha-kamar, shatbhisha-thuddi, rirh ki haddi, pu. bhadrapd-fefre, chati, u. bhadrapad, chati ki asthiyan, revti-baglen. jyotishiya drishti se ayurved ke tin vikaron ke pratinidhi grah ayurved ka mul adhar tin vikar arthat tridosh hanai- vat, pitt aur kaf. jab in tin vikaron men asantulan a jata hai tab manav sharir rogi hota hai. vaidya, hakim nari dekhakar in tin vikaron ke anupat ka adhyayan kar rog ka upchar karte hain. jyotishiya drishti se in tinon vikaron ka pratinidhitva karne vale grah is prakar hain: surya-pitt, chandra-kaf, vat aur mangl-pitt, budh- tinon vikar, guru-kaf, shukra-vat aur kaf, shani vat, rahu-ketu vat aur kaf. janmakundli mane jo grah kamjor hoga us grah se sanbandhit vikar hoga. rog ka karan vikar hai, islie yadi is vikar se sanbandhit grah ka upchar kiya jae to rogi ke svasthya men sudhar ho sakta hai. janmakundli se rog vishleshn: kal purush ki kundli men shashth bhav rog bhav kahlata hai. islie shashthesh ko rogesh bhi kahte hain. shashtha bhav par kal purush ka pet, anten (bari-choti) aur gurde adi ate hain. isse sidha abhipray yahi hai ki jatak ka khana-pina hi uske rog ka karan hai kyonki khaya-piya pet ki anton se hota hua bahr jaega. yadi vah kisi karan pet se bahar puri tarah nahin ja paye to jo mal aton men rahega, sarega aur rog utpann karega. islie shashtha bhav aur shashthesh ko rog ka kark mana jata hai. isse bhi adhik mahatvapurn lagn arthat pratham bhav hai. pratham bhav jatak ke pure sharir ka pratinidhitva karta hai. yadi kinhin karnon se lagn, lagnesh-pap grahon se yukt ya drisht hue to jatak ko jivan bhar rogon ka samna karna parega. janmakundli men rogon ka vishleshn karte samay lagna-lagnesh, shashth bhav aur shashthesh ki sthitiyon ko bhali bhanti janna chahie, lagn kya hai, ismen kya rashi hai, nakshatra hai aur vah kis ang aur rog ka pratinidhitva karta hai. shashth bhav men kya rashi hai, nakshatra hai aur yah kis ang aur rog ka pratinidhitva karte hain isi tarah inke svami grahon ki sthiti arthat kis bhav men kis rashi v nakshatra men hai yah purn jankari apko jatak ke rog ka vishleshan karne men sahyog degi. rog ki avdhi: janmakundli men grahon ki purn sthiti ki jankari ke bad dasha-antardasha aur gochar ka vichar karne se rog ke samay ki jankari mil jati hai. lagnesh aur shashthesh ki dasha men jatak ko rog hone ki sanbhavna rahti hai. yadi lagn kamjor hai, pap grahon se yukt ya drisht hai to jatk ko lagnesh ki dasha men rog ho sakta hai. jab gochar men bhi lagnesh pap grahane se yukt ya drisht hota hai to is samay rog apni charam sima par rahta hai. gochar men jab tak lagnesh pap grahon ke ghere men rahta hai aur jab is ghere se yukt hota hai utne samay jatak ko rog ka samna karna parta hai. isi tarah shashthesh ki dasha men bhi jatak ke rog hone ki sanbhavna rahti hai. dasha, antardasha aur gochr ka vichar vaise hi karna hoga, jaise lagnesh ke bare men varnan kiya gaya hai. is prakar bhavon ki rashi evan nakshatra svamiyon ki dasha men bhi jatk ko rog ho sakta hai. yadi inke svamiyon ki sthiti pap yukt ya drisht hogi aur gochar bhi pratikul rahega to rog hota hai. lagnesh jab shashth bhav ke svami ya shashth bhav ke nakshatra men gochar karta hai to rog hota hai. svami aur uski avdhi bhi utni hi rahti hai jitni gochar ki avdhi hoti hai. iske uprant rog se chutkara mil jata hai. iske sath hi dasha, antardasha ke svami ka gochar bhi isi prakar dekhna hoga arthat dasha/antardasha svami yadi shashthesh ya shashthesh ke nakshatra men gochar karta hai to rog hota hai aur rog usi bhav se sanbandhit hota hai jis bhav men grah gochar kar raha hota hai.

fyuchar samachar patrika ke totke visheshank men vibhinn karyon ke safal hone hetu sahjta tatha sulbhta se kiye jane vale totke diye gaye hain. ye totke am logon ke dvara asani se kiye ja sakte hain. in totkon ko karne se santan sukh, svasthya sukh, ajivika, vaivahik sukh prapt hota hai tatha anisht ka nivaran hota hai. is visheshank men totkon par bahut sare lekh sammilit kiye gaye hain. ye lekh hain: tone-totke kya hain tatha ye kitne karagar hain?, totka vigyan andhvishvas nahin hai, totke tantra ki vishishtata v sutra, santan, svasthya, ajivika evan vaivahik sukh ke lie totke, totkon ka adbhut sansar, janmapatrika ke anishtakari yog evan anisht nivarak totke adi hain. totkon ke alava is visheshank ke masik stambh, samyik charcha, astha, jyotish evan vastu par lekh ullekhniya hain.
