(dusra) ‘tamsik-anushthan’ ya tona- jo keval shmashan men, ekant men, ardharatri adi men kiya jata hai. ismen pashu-pakshi-sharab adi ki bali ya bhog ki anumti hai. is tantrik anushthan ke 6 prakar hote hain jinhen ‘tantra bhasha’ men ‘shatkarma’ kaha jata hai. 1. shanti karm -svakalyan, shanti, dhan, sukh, rog nivaran, daridrata adi hetu. 2. vashya (vashikrn) - kisi ko apne ‘vash’ men kiye jane hetu. 3. stambhan karm - manav, pashu, shatru, varsha, jal pravah adi dvara hone vale nuksan ke liye inko stanbhit (rokna) kiya jata hai. 4. vidveshan karm - do vyaktiyon ya apne liye nuksan pahunchane vale do vyaktiyon ke bich vidvesh (bair) arthat fut dalne ke liye. 5. uchchatan karm - kisi vyakti ko kisi sthan se hatane-bhagane ke lie uske man ko uchat karne ke lie jaise kirayedar apke ghar ya dukan adi ko nahin chor raha hai. 6. maran karma: yah tantra (tona) ka sabse nishkrit-karm hai. yah karm shatru ko jan se marne ke lie hota hai. is karm men muth, chaiki bithana tatha kritya chorakar marna hota hai. totke tantrik-bhasha men kisi apriya athva hanikarak karya ko apne paksh men karne (labh hetu) ke lie shastron dvara nirdharit surakshit aur samanya-sarl kriya ko ‘totke’ kaha jata hai. aj vyast samay men koi karya siddhi hetu ‘lanbi prakriya’ nahin kar pata hai. atah totke arthat upay hi manav ke liye sarvatha upyogi kahe ja sakte hain. in totkon men samy-dhan-bhay ka koi sthan nahin hai. ise samanya dhang se bina dhan ke kiya ja sakta hai. shayad hi aisa koi ghar ho jahan manushya apni pareshaniyon ke nirakaran hetu inhen nahin apnata ho. totke kisi na kisi rup men prachin kal se hi vyakti ke sath jure hue hain. pratyek parivar men ghar ke bare-burhon dvara ye totke-apne parivar ki bhalai ke lie apnaye jate rahe hain- jaise - pariksha dene jane se pahle man apni santan ko dahi ke sath pere ya barfi ya shakkar khilati hai, bahr jate samay tokna nahin, billi ka rasta katne par vapas akar punah jana, shanivar ko pipal par dip jalana-jal charhana, niyamit rup se kutte-gay ko roti dena, pakshiyon ko dana khilana, chitiyon ko ata dalna adi. yah andhvishvas nahin hai balki apni bhalai ke lie kiye jane vale samanya karm hain, jinse bhala hi hota hai, bura nahin. kya totkon se hani hoti hai? yah ek tarah ki puja, dharm, astha evan vishvas ki tarah hai jise karne se labh hi hota hai, bure hone ki to kahin gunjaish hi nahin hai. ismen pratyek praniyon ka bhala karte aur chahte huye hi ham apna bhi bhala chahte hain ya nivedan karte hain. yah nirvivad satya hai ki dusron ki bhalai (paropkar tatha seva) se nishchit hi hamen labh milega. niyamit kiye jane vale totkon (upayon) men yadi bich men koi rukavat a jaye to hani ki koi chinta nahin hai. ap punah upayon ko shuru kar sakte hain. kuch totke pratidin ya nishchit dinon ke liye hote hain. kuch man men aye ya avashyakta pare tab, ek hi bar kiye jate hain. kya totkon ki sankhya nirdharit hoti hai? totke karne vala kisi bhi umra ka ho sakta hai, balk-javan ya vriddh parantu usko vidhan aur niyam ka gyan avashya hona chahiye. bachchon ko najar lagne par totke se najr utari jati hai. ye totke (upay) satkarm ki hi shreni men ate hain. totka (upay) kab aranbh karen? koi bhi totka kisi shukla paksha ke din ya totke ke pratinidhi din (var) se aranbh kar sakte hain. udaharan ke liye- dhan prapti ke liye- shukla paksh ke pratham shukravar se, shani dev ka shukla paksh ke prathm shanivar se, yadi ap shighra v adhik labh chahte hain to apne nam rashi se, chandrama 4-8 ya 12ven sthan par na hon v rikta tithi, chaturthi, navmi ya chaturdashi n ho, ghar men sutak athva mrityu ya janm ka ashauch n ho. inka dhyan rakhakar totke karen to unke nishfal jane ki sanbhavna nahin hai. lekin apko us totke par purn vishvas, vidhikar gyan avashya hona chahiye (acharya varahmihir ki samy-var-mas adi ki suchi sthanabhav se dena, yahan sanbhav nahin hai). parantu abhijit muhurt ka dhyan rakhne se chandra bal, nakshatra, tithi, yog, karan adi dekhne ki jarurat hi nahin hai. ‘abhijit muhurta’ pratyek din 11.36 se 12.24 (din men) hota hai, atah is samay ke madhya shukla paksh men praranbh kar sakte hain. avrodhit upay kya hain? hamen koi upay niyamit 11 din karna hai, yadi ap 4 din upay/ totka kar chuke hain ab bich men koi rukavat a gayi to shesh rahe 7 din ke totke. atah ye 4 din ke upay ‘avrodhit-upay/totke’ kahlayenge. punah apko ek nanbar se hi ginti shuru karni hogi. in 4 din ke avrodhit upayon ka apko koi fal nahin milega. parantu striyon ke lie 5 din ki mahvari ko ‘avrodh’ nahin mana jata hai. dhyan rahe ki sankhya puri karne men kai bar avrodh ate hain, to usko chor den karn-ishvariya-shakti hi vyavdhan dal rahi hai. kya totke hamesha kiye ja sakte hain?
