shayad hi koi vyakti ho jo ‘saunf’ se parichit n ho. saunf ko masalon ki rani aur pan ki jan bhi kaha jata hai. saunf ka paudha jhad ke saman patli-patli komal pattiyon vala hota hai. yah bahut adhik uncha nahin hota. iske ful pile hote hain. is paudhe par jo fal lagta hai usi ko saunf kahte hain. angreji men ise anisid kahte hain. saunf ke dane chote aur hare hote hain.

am taur se saunf choti aur badi do prakar ki hoti hai. donon hi khushbudar hoti hai.

saunf ka upyog acharon aur sabjiyon ko ruchikr/khushbudar/jaykedar banane ke atirikt aushdhi ke rup men bhi bahut adhik hota hai.

ayurved ke anusar saunf tridosh nashak hai. buddhivardhak tatha ruchivardhak hai. saunf drishtivardhak, dipan, pachan, kaf nikalne vali tatha pet ki anya shikayton ko dur karne vali hai.

halanki saunf ka upyog har ghar men hota hai lekin iske gunon ki taraf koi dhyan nahin dete. is nanhin jan men aise aise gun hain jo anek rogon ka nash kar sakti hai.

saunf ke aushdhiya gun

1. sau gram sanf ko tave par bhun kar pis len, ismen itni hi matra men pisi hui mishri mila len. bhojan ke bad iska do chammach subah sham taje pani ke sath sevan karne se pachan shakti thik hoti hai.

2. saunf churn adha chammach, panch badi ilaichi ek kap pani men ubalen, adha rahne par chan len aur ismen dudh milakar ubalen. is dudh ka sevan bachche/bde sabhi kar sakte hain. isse pachan shakti badhti hai aur dast, vaman, afara, udar shul men bhi labh hota hai.

pet ka bharipn

ninbu ke ras men milakar bhingi hui saunf ko bhojan ke bad khane se pet ka bharipan dur hota hai.

dast

dast lagne par saunf ghi men bhunakar pis len, usmen thodi chini mila den. is churn ko subah sham khane se dast thik ho jate hain.

khuni dast (nae v purane) ya anv

dast kaise bhi hon saunf sabhi ke lie ramban hai. tave par bhuni saunf do-do chammach din men ek se char bar len.

bhuni saunf aur kachchi saunf sambhag churn bana do-do chammach din men char bar mutthe ke sath lena labhdayak hai.

bachchon ke lie

- bachchon ko pani men saunf ubalakar pilane se patle dast aur pechish ani band ho jati hai.

- saunf ke tel ki 4-5 bundan chini athva batashe men dalakar din men 3-4 bar dene se anv ana band ho jata hai.

- chote bachchon ko kisi bhi rup men saunf, saunf ark, saunf ko ubalakar pani dene se koi hani nahin hoti apitu bachcha svasth rahta hai aur uski kamjori dur hoti hai. afara adi men bhi labh hota hai.

striyon ke lie

- jin striyon ko santan n hoti ho vah panch-chah gram saunf churn hing ke sath sevan karen to 3-4 mas men garbhadharan karne yogya ho jaengi.

- aise hi saunf ke churn ko ghi ke sath bhi liya ja sakta hai. garbh dharan man labh hoga.

- jin striyon ko garbh nahin thahrta ho ya bar-bar garbhapat hota ho ve yadi saunf churn ke sath shatavri churn milakar ghi ke sath len aur upar se dudh piyan to garbhashay ke vikar nasht ho jate hain aur ve garbh dharan yogya ho jati hain.

- saunf ke churn ko gulakand ke sath lene se bhi garbhapat ki shikayat dur ho jati hai.

- jin striyon ko stanon men dudh kam banta ho unhen saunf, safed jira, mishri sambhag churn bana kar ek-ek chammach pani ke sath ya dudh ke sath lene se labh hota hai.

bavasir

- jis bavasir men rakt n bahe, us rogi ko saunf aur mishri ka churn dudh ke sath lete rahne se labh hota hai.

- khuni bavasir vale rogi saunf, jira, dhaniya adi saman matra men len aur uska pani men kadha banakar ek chammach desi ghi dalakar piyen to khuni bavasir men labh hota hai.

anidra rog

kuch logon ko kai karnon se nind nahin ati. aisi sthiti men saunf ka kadha banakar dudh-shahad milakar pine se nind ane lagti hai. ratri ko khane ke bad aur sone se pahle saunf ki chay pine se khana bhi hajam hota hai aur nind achchi ati hai.

mukh ke chale

sau gram pani men 40 gram saunf ubalen, jab pani adha rah jae tab usmen bhuni hui fitkri ki choti si dali dalen. is pani se din men do tin bar garare karne se mukh ke chale thik ho jate hain.

mukh ki durgandh

bhojan karne ke pashchat thodi si saunf khane se mukh ki durgandh samapt ho jati hai.

bahrapan

sau gram saunf ek litar pani men dalakar ubalen. jab pani dasvan bhag rah jae to utar kar chan len. is pani men sau gram gay ka shuddh ghi tatha do sau gram gay ka hi dudh milakar garma-garm donon samay sevan karne se bahrepan men rahat milti hai.

naksir sau gram saunf men 15 gram dhaniya tatha 5 gram kali mirch milakar barik pisakar churn kar len. 400 gram mishri ka sharbat banakar mishran ko sharbat men mila len. is sharbat ke subh-sham niyamit sevan se nak se khun bahna band ho jata hai.

netra roshni

ankhon ki kamjori men bis gram saunf ko barik pisakar uske barabar mishri ya khand milakar rat ko gay ke dudh ke sath sevan karne se ankhon ki roshni men vriddhi hoti hai.

dharn

do chammach saunf pisakar gud men milakar ek saptah tak sevan karne se ‘dharn’ padna band ho jata hai.

smaran shakti

saunf ko halka-halka kutakar upar ke chilke utarakar chan len, uske bhitar ki bhingi nikalakar ek chammach subah sevan karen aur sham ko do bar thande pani ya garm dudh ke sath fanki len. iske sevan se smaran shakti badhti hai aur mastishk ke rog nahin hote.

hath-panv ki jalan

saunf aur dhaniya sambhag mila churn bana len. bhojan ke pashchat ek chammach churn pani ke sath lene se labh hoga.

khansi-jukam

- gale ki kharash ke lie ek chammach saunf ko munh men rakhakar dhire-dhire chuste rahne se gale ki kharash men aram milta hai.

- 10 gram saunf, ek moti ilaychi, 5 gram mulethi, 5 gram amltash ko 100 gram pani men itna garm karen ki pani adha rah jae. is kadhe men chini milakar din men tin-char bar pine se khansi dur ho jati hai.

- yadi sardi lagne se jukam aur nak bahne lage to 10 gram saunf, ek moti ilaychi aur ek ganth mulethi ko mota-mota pisakar pani men ubal, dudh chini dalakar chay ki tarah pine se jukam aur nak ke bahne se aram hota hai.

esiditi

saunf ke ark men gulabanakshe ka sharbat milakar pine se esiditi ka shaman hota hai aur samapt hui bhukh jagrit hoti hai.

bukhar, lu lagna, chakkar ana, pet jalan, adi vyadhiyon se bachne ke lie thandai pine se aram hota hai. thandai men banane ke lie tin chammach saunf, char badam, safed chandan ka chura ek chota chammach, thodi si khas-khas ke dane, do choti ilaychi, char panch kali mirch v sukhe gulab ki pattiyan, sabko pani men bhingo den. bhing jane par sari chijon ko barik pisakar chan len aur chini mila len yahi thandai hai.
