najla-jukam ek bahut hi am aur hamesha pareshan karne vala rog hai. vastav men yah rog nahin, sharir ki ek sanvednik pratikriya hai, jo mausam badlne, nak men dhul kan jane adi se utpann hoti hai. pure vishva ke log kabhi n kabhi, iske shikar hote hi hain. nazla-jukam shit ke karan hone vala ek aisa rog hai, jismen nak se pani bahne lagta hai. mamuli- sa dikhne vala yah rog, kaf ki adhikta ke karan adhik kashtadayak ho jata hai. yon to ritu adi ke prabhav se dosh sanchay kal men sanchit ho kar apne prakop kal men hi kupit hote hain, parantu doshon ke prakopak karnon ki adhikta, ya prablta ke karan tatkal bhi kupit ho jate hain, jisse jukam ho jata hai; arthat nazla-jukam shit kal ke atirikt bhi ho sakta hai.

ayurved men najla-jukam 6 prakar ke bataye gaye hain. acharya charak ne iske char prakar bataye hain, jabki acharya sushrut ne panch prakar mane hain.

vayujanya (vatj) : vayu se utpann jukam men nak men vedna, suni chubhne jaisi pira, chink ana, nak se patla srav ana, gala, talu aur hothon ka sukh jana, sir dard aur avaj baith jana adi lakshan hote hain.

pittajanya (pittaja) : nak se garm aur pile rang ka srav ana, nak ka agla bhag pak jana, jvar, mukh shushk ho jana, bar-bar pyas lagna, sharir dubla aur tvacha chamkrhit hona iske lakshan hain. nak se dhuna niklta mahsus hota hai.

kafajanya (kafj) : ankhon men sujan, sir men bharipan, khansi, aruchi, nak dvara kaf ka srav, lala srav aur nak ke bhitar, gale aur talu men 'khujli hoti hai.

tridoshaj : uparyukt tinon doshon se utpann jukam bar-bar ho jata haie. sath hi tinon doshon ke milejule lakshan dikhai dete hain. sharir men atyadhik pira hoti hai.

raktajanya (raktaja) : nak se lal rang ka srav hota hai. rogi ki ankhen lal ho jati hain. munh se badbu ati hai. sine men dard, gandh ka thik tarah se pata n chalna adi lakshan hote hain.

dushit : najla-jukam ke sabhi doshon ki atyant vriddhi ho jane se bar-bar nak bahna, sans men durgandh, nak ka bar-bar band hona-khulna, sungandh-durgandh pata n chalna adi lakshan hote hain.

najla-jukam ke pramukh karan : najla-jukam mastishkajanya rog hote hue bhi is rog ka mul karan agni hai; arthat jab jathragni mand hoti hai, to ismen ajirn ho jata hai. pachan kriya bigar jati hai aur bhojan thik se pach nahin pata evan kabj ho jane ke karan upachay padarth ka visarjan nahi hota, jiske karan jukam ki utpatti hoti hai kyonki sharir men ekatrit vijatiya tatva jab anya raston se bahar nahin nikal pate, to ve jukam ke rup men nak se niklne lagte hain. yah jukam atyadhik kashtadayak hota hai. isse sir, nak, kan, gala tatha netra ke vikar utpann hone lagte hain.

jukam ka karan mansik garbri bhi dekha gaya hai. iske atirikt anya karan hain. mal, mutra, chink, khansi adi vegon ko rokna, nak men dhul kan ka pravesh hona, adhik bolna, krodh karna, adhik sona, adhik jagaran karna, shital jal aur thande pey pina, ati maithun karna, rona, dhuen adi se mastishk men kaf jam jana. sath hi sath mastishk men vayu ki vriddhi ho jati hai. tab ye donon dosh mil kar najla-jukam vyadhi utpann karte hain.

jukam ko sadharan rog man kar uski upeksha karne se yah ati taklifadah ho jata hai; sath hi anya vikar bhi utpann hone lagte hain. jukam bigrne par vah najle ka rup dharan kar leta hai.

najla ho jane par nak men shvas ka avrodh, nak se hamesha pani bahna, nak pak jana, bahri gandh ka gyan n hona, mukh ki durgandh adi vikar utpann ho jate hain.

kashtadayi hai jukam ka bigrna : jukam ke bigar jane ki avastha ke bad mastishk ki anek vyadhiyan hoti hain, jo kashtadayi ho jati hain. is rog ke karan bahrapan, kan ke parde men ched tatha kan, nak, talu, shvas nalika men kainsar hone ki sanbhavna rahti hai. andhapan bhi utpann ho jata hai. kaha jata hai ki najle ne sharir ke jis ang men apna ashray bana liya, vahi ang vah kha gaya. danton men ghus gaya, to dant gaye, kan men gaya, to kan gaye, ankhon men gaya, to ankhe gayi, chati men jama ho, to dama aur kainsar jaisi vyadhiyan utpann kar deta hai. sir par gaya, to bal gaye.

chikitsa : sabse pahle rog ko utpann karne vale karnon ko dur karen. kafavarddhak, madhur, shital, pachne men bhari padarth n khaen. din men sone, thandi hava ka jhonka sidhe sharir par ane dene, ati maithun adi se dur rahen. pachne men halka, garm aur rukha ahar len. saunth, tulsi, adarak, baingan, dudh, torai, haldi, methi dana, lahsun, pyaj adi sevniya chijen hain. sonth ke ek chammach ko char kap pani men paka kar banaya gaya karha din men 3 -4 bar pina labhdayak hai.

anya gharelu upchar :

  • suhage ko tave par fula kar churn bana len. najla-jukam hone par garm pani ke sath din men tin bar lene se pahle hi din, ya jyada se jyada tin dinon men jukam thik ho jaega.
  • kali mirch aur batashe pav bhar jal men pakaven. chauthai rahne par ise garmagaram pi len. pratah khali pet aur rat ko sote samay tin din upyog karen. najla-jukam se rahat milegi.
  • 5 gram adarak ke ras men 5 gram tulsi ka ras mila kar 10 gram shahad se len.
  • kali mirch ko dudh men paka kar subh-sham pien.
  • amrud ke patte chay ki tarah ubal kar pien.
  • shadbindu tel ki 4-4 bunde donon nathunon men tapkane se shighra hi sir ke vikar nasht ho jate hain.
  • garm dudh ke sath saunth ka churn subh-sham sevan karen.
  • din men 2 bar anar, ya santre ke chilkon ko ubal kar uska karha pine se jukam thik ho jata hai.
  • chune ke pani men gur ghol kar pine se jukam thik ho jata hai.
  • do gram mulhthi churn ko shahad ke sath din men 3 bar chatne se jukam thik hota hai.

jyotishiya karan : yon to yah rog am taur par sabhi ko kabhi-kabhi hota hi hai, lekin fir bhi kuch log isse vishesh prabhavit rahte hain aur jindgi bhar is rog se grast rahte hain. jahir hai ki unki grah sthitiyan hi kuch aisi rahi hongi.

nazla-jukam mastishkajanya rog hai. fir bhi iska mul karan agni hai; arthat pachan kriya bigar jati hai. kal purush ki kundli men pachan ka sthan pancham bhav hai, jiska pratinidhitva sinh rashi karti hai. mastishk ka sthan pratham bhav hai. in donon bhavon ka apsi trikonik sanbandh hai. agni ke karak grah surya aur mangal hain aur iske viprit chandra aur shukra shitlta ke pratik hain. najle ka srav nak se hota hai. islie dvitiya aur tritiya bhav bhi isse jure hain. yadi kundli men lagn, lagnesh, pancham bhav, panchmesh, surya, mangal, chandra, shukra dushprabhavon men hon, to najla-jukam jatak ko sadaiv tang karta hai. khas taur par jab sanbandhit grah ki dashantardasha chal rahi ho aur gochar grah bhi ashubh fal de rahe hon, tab rog apni charam sima par hota hai.

vibhinn lagnon men najla-jukamah

mesh lagn : yadi lagnesh ashtam bhav, surya jal rashi, chandra pancham bhav men shani, ya rahu-ketu se prabhavit ho. shukra ashtam, budh tritiya bhav men hon, to jatak ko najla-jukam aur sardi jald lagti hai, jisse vah sadaiv is rog se pirit rahta hai.

vrish lagn : lagnesh min, ya kark rashi men ho, surya vrishchik rashi men ho, chandra pancham bhav men ho aur guru se drisht ho, to jatak ko najla-jukam hota hai.

mithun lagn : lagnesh shashth bhav men surya se ast ho, panchmesh shukra, pancham, ya ashtam bhav men mangal se drisht ho aur mangal svayan jal rashi men ho, chandra bhi mangal se drisht ho, to jatak ko najla -jukam sadaiv tang karta rahta hai.

kark lagn : lagnesh chandra shashth bhav, ya ashtam bhav men ho, budh lagn men ho, panchmesh mangal bhi lagn men ho aur surya dvitiya bhav men ho, shukra dvitiya bhav men ho aur rahu-ketu se drisht, ya yukt ho, to jatak ko najla sanbandhit rog deta hai.

sinh lagn : lagnesh surya ashtam bhav men, shani tritiya bhav men, mangal kark rashi men, panchmesh guru jal rashi men ho, shukra ashtam bhav men ho, rahu lagn men, ya lagn ko dekhta ho, to jatak ko najla-jukam ki shikayat bani rahti hai.

kanya lagn : lagnesh budh jal rashi men ho aur surya se ast ho, mangal bhi jal rashi men ho aur chandra ko dekhta ho, chandra-shukra ek sath hon, ya ek dusre se dvirdvadash hon, guru tritiya bhav men ho, to jatak ko nazla-jukam bana rahta hai.

tula lagn : lagnesh shukra aur panchmesh ek dusre se yukt ho kar jal rashi men hon, surya pancham bhav men ho, rahu-ketu se drisht ho, mangal nich ka ho, lagn men guru dekhta ho, ya surya ko dekhta ho, to jatak ko nazla-jukam hota hai.

vrishchik lagn : mangal lagnesh aur shashthesh ho kar surya se ast ho aur min rashi ho, chandra trik bhavon men ho aur rahu se drisht ho, shukra tritiya bhav men ho, to jatak ko uparyukt rog hota hai.

dhanu lagn : lagnesh ashtam bhav men, surya dvadash bhav men, budh lagn men, surya dvitiya, ya tritiya bhav men ho, chandra shukra, ya budh se yuti kar raha ho, budh ast nahin ho, rahu lagnesh ko dekhta ho, to najla-jukam hota hai.

makar lagn : lagnesh shani tritiya, ya ekadash bhav men ho, surya pancham bhav men rahu se drisht, ya yukt ho, panchmesh shukra kark rashi men chandra se drisht, ya yukt ho, akarak guru lagn men ho, to jatak ko am taur par nazla-jukam rahta hi hai.

kunbh lagn : lagnesh shashth bhav men, panchmesh budh min men, lagn men surya, shukra tritiya bhav men, guru agnikarak rashiyon men ho, rahu-ketu dvisvabhav rashiyon men hon, chandra jal rashiyon men ho, to jatak ko nazla-jukam hota hi rahta hai.

min : lagnesh ashtam bhav men chandra se yukt ho, shukra tritiya bhav men, pancham bhav men shani surya se yukt ho, rahu lagn men ho, to jatak ko nazla-jukam hota hai. uparyukt sabhi yog chalit par adharit hain. jab sanbandhit grah ki dasha-antardasha aur gochar pratikul rahte hain, to jatak ko sanbandhit rog se jujhna parta hai.
