anadi kal se hi hindu dharm men anek prakar ki manyataon ka samavesh raha hai. vicharon ki prakhrta evan vidvanon ke nirantar chintan se manyataon v asthaon men bhi parivartan hua. kya in manyataon v asthaon ka kuch vaigyanik adhar bhi hai? yah prashn baranbar buddhijivi pathkon ke man ko kachotta hai. dharmagranthon ko uddhrit karke‘ ‘babavakya pramanam’ kahne ka yug ab samapt ho gaya hai. dharmik manyataon par samyak chintan karna aj ke yug ki atyant avashyak pukar ho chuki hai. prashna: brahm muhurt men kyon uthna chahie. uttara: varn kirtin matin lakshmin, svasthyamayushch vindti. brahme muhurte sanjagrachiyan va pankjan yatha.. arthat brahmamuhurt men uthne se purush ko saundarya, lakshmi, buddhi, svasthya ayu adi ki prapti hoti hai tatha uska sharir kamal ke sadrish sundar ho jata hai. pratah kal men bahne vali vayu ke ek-ek kan men sanjivni shakti ka apurva sammishran rahta hai. ayurved ke anusar ratri men chandrama dvara prithvi par barsaye huye amrit binduon ko apne sath lekar bahti hai. gyanatantu ratri men vishram ke bad nav-shakti yut hote hain tatha pratah kalin ekant v sarvatha shant vayumandal men mastishk sakriya ho jata hai. yah sthiti sharirik svasthya, buddhi, atma, man, netra-shakti evan smarana-shakti ko barhane men vishesh rup se sahayak hai. vaigyanik shodh ke anusar pratahkal brahmamuhurt mane aeksijan (pranvayu) ki matra adhik hoti hai. jaise-jaise surya uday hota hai sarkon par vahan chalte hain, prithvi ka garm vashp upar uthta hai. karban daiaeksaid ki matra atyadhik barh jati hai, jo manushya ki ayu ke lie ghatak hai. prashna: pratahkal kar (hath) darshan kyon karna chahiye? uttara: pratah kal uthte hi bhagavatasmaran karte hue kar (hath) darshan ka shastriya vidhan hai. karagre vasti lakshmiah, karamadhye sarasvati. karmule tu govind, prabhate karadarshanam.. hath ke agra bhag men lakshmi ka nivas hai, hath ke madhya bhag men sarasvati rahti hain aur hath ke mulbhag men govind bhagvan rahte hain, isliye pratahkal kar ka darshan karna chahiye. manv-jivan ki saflta ke liye tin vastuen avashyak hain- dhan, gyan, aur ishvar. ye tinon vastuen prapt karna manushya ke hath men hai. yahi bhav kar-darshan men sannihit hai. prashna: pratahkal uthte hi darshaniya padarthon ke hi darshan kyon karne chahie? uttara: pratahkal papi purush, duracharini stri, sharab, nanga, aur nakte vyakti, amanglkari vastuon ke darshan nahin karne chahiye. prabhatkal men darshaniya aur adarshaniya padarthon ka vargikaran sarvatha manovigyan ki bhavnaon par avalambit hai. manovigyan batlata hai ki man ki nishchal v shant avastha men jo vastu man ke sanpark men ayegi uska man par sthai rup se prabhavotpadak sanskar banta hai aur yah sanskar pure din bhar tak chirasthai rup se kam karta hai. vyavharik jivan men kai log kaha karte hain ki - ‘aj to aise ka munh dekha ki roti bhi nasib n hui.’ yah dharna bhranti nahin hai. saikron varshon ke lagatar anusandhan evan parikshan se ye baten satya hoti rahin, tab hi janashrutiyane v lokoktiyon ke rup men prachlit huin.
