niyamit vyayam: kan ke is rog ke upchar ke bavjud jab chakkar ana band nahin hota, to niyamit vyayam se use kam kiya ja sakta hai. iska mukhya uddeshya dimag ko teªning dena hai kyonki ismen kan kam nahin kar raha hota hai. kuch khas prakar ke vyayamon se pahle to chakkar band ho jata hai. parantu in vyayamon ko niyamanusar karte rahne se dimag ka santulan banae rakhne vala bhag dhire-dhire kushlta se karya karna sikh leta hai. vyayam men sadharntya ankhon ki putliyon, gardan aur sir ko dayane-bayen ghumaya jata hai.
