bhut-vartaman kal ke faladesh par pakar kamjor ho jati hai, atah safal jyotishi ko adya, madhya tatha parashakti ki sadhna se hi chamatkar sanbhav hai atah shardiya navratra men mahakali, mahalakshmi, mahasarasvati svarup trishaktiyon ki aradhna kar siddhi prapt karni chahie. vishva men do saptashati prasiddh hai (1) gita-mokshadayni (2) durga saptashati-dharm, arth, kam pradata. durga saptashati ka path karne se tatha brahmacharya palan se kisi bhi prakar ki shakti prapt ki ja sakti hai. ham yahan spasht kar den ki ravan ko parajit karne ki ichcha se bhagvan ram ne navratra kal men shakti ka upasna men koi vighn n ae. surya kamjor ho to svasthya ke lie shailputri ki upasna se labh milega. chandrama ke dushprabhav ko dur karne ke lie kushmanda devi ki vidhi vidhan se navratri men sadhna karen. mangal grah ke dushprabhav se bachne ke lie skand mata, budh grah ki shanti tatha arthavyastha ke uttarottar vriddhi ke lie katyayni devi, guru grah ki anukulta ke lie mahagauri, shukra ke shubhatva ke lie siddhidatri tatha shani ke dushprabhav ko dur kar, shubhta pane lie kalratri ki upasna sarthak rahti hai. rahu ki mahadsha ya nichasth rahu (vartaman gochar men rahu nich rashi ka dhanu rashi men bhraman kar raha hai.) hone par brahmacharini ki upasna se shakti milti hai. ketu ke viprit prabhav ko dur karne ke lie chandraghanta ki sadhna anukulta deti hai. is kal (shardiya navratri) men satya man se kiye gaye karya evan vichar shubh fal pradan karte hain. nav durga ke atirikt dash mahavidyaon ki upasna grahon ki shubhta ki abhivriddhi ke uddeshya se bhi ki jati hai. durga upasna shakti upasna ka sundrkand hai. is ank men shakti upasna navratra vrat parva mahima, durgasaptashati path vidhi, 51 shaktipith, dashmhavidya, grah piranivaran hetu shakti upasna adi mahatvapurn vishyon ki vistrit jankari upalabdh hai. in lekhon ka pathan karne se apko shakti upasna, devi mahima v durgapuja parva ke sukshm rahasyon ka gyan prapt hoga.
