purush ke virya aur stri ke raj se man sahit jiv (jivatma) ka sanyog jis samay hota hai use garbhadhan kal kahte hain. garbhadhan ka sanyog (kal) kab ata hai ? ise jyotish shastra bakhubi bata raha hai. charak sanhita ke anusar - akash, vayu, agni, jal aur prithvi in panch mahabhuton aur inke gunon se yukt hua atma garbh ka rup grahan karke pahle mahine men aspasht sharir vala hota hai. sushrut ne is avastha ko ‘kall’ kaha hai. ‘kall’ bhautik rup se raj, virya v ande ka sanyog hai.

shukla paksh ki dashmi se krishn paksh ki panchmi tak chandrama ko shastrakaron ne purnabali mana hai. shukla paksh ke chandrama ki kalaain jaise-jaise barhti jati hai, vaise-vaise stri-purushon ke man men prasannata aur kam-vasna barhti hai. jab gochriya chandrama ka shukra athva guru se drishti ya yuti sanbandh hota hai, tab is fal ki vriddhi hoti hai.

jis samay apki rashi se gochar ka chandrama chaitha, athvan barhvan n ho. rashmiyukt ho. shukra athva guru se drisht ya yut ho. us samay premi ya premika se apki mulakat (deting) safal hoti hai aur apki manokamna purn hoti hai. is muhurt men apki patni bhi sahvas ke lie saharsh taiyar ho jati hai yah anubhav siddh hai.

garbhadhan ki kriya ka vaigyanik drishtikon

charak sanhita ke anusar - jab stri purane raj ke nikal jane ke bad naya raj sthit hone par shuddh hokar snan kar leti hai aur uski yoni, raj tatha garbhashay men koi dosh nahin rahta, tab use ritumti kahte hain. aisi stri se jab dosh rahit bij (shukranu) vala purush sanbhog karta hai, tab virya, raj tatha jiv - in tinon ka sanyog hone par garbh utpann hota hai. yah jiv (jivatma) garbhashay men pravesh karke virya tatha raj ke sanyog se svayan ko garbh ke rup men utpann karta hai. jyotish men jiv (guru) ko garbhotpatti ka pramukh karak mana hai.

virya, raj, jiv aur man ka sanyog hi garbh hai:-

maharshi atrey muni ne kaha hai- punarjanm lene ki ichcha se jivatma man ke sahit purush ke virya men pravesh kar jata hai tatha sanbhog kal men virya ke sath stri ke raj men pravesh kar jata hai. stri ke garbhashay men virya, raj, jiv aur man ke sanyog se ‘garbha’ ki utpatti hoti hai.

purush ke virya aur stri ke raj se man sahit jiv (jivatma) ka sanyog jis samay hota hai use garbhadhan kal kahte hain. garbhadhan ka sanyog (kal) kab ata hai ? ise jyotish shastra bakhubi bata raha hai.

garbh utpatti ki sanbhavna ka yog

masik dharm praranbh hone se 16 dinon tak striyon ka svabhavik ritukal hota hai. jinmen praranbh ke 4 din nishiddh (varjit) hain. iske pashchat shesh ratriyon men garbhadhan (nishek) karna chahie.

purush ki rashi se garbhadhan ke yog

garbh dharan ki ichchuk stri ki yogyata aur uske anukul samay se kam nahin banta hai. garbhadhan hetu purush ki yogyata v uske anukul samay ka hona bhi avashyak hai.

jatak parijat men acharya vaidyanath ne likha hai - stri ki janmarashi se anupachay sthanon men chandrama ho tatha mangal se drisht ya sanbaddh ho tab garbhadhan sanbhav hai, anyatha nishfal hota hai. purush ki janm rashi se upachay (3, 6,10,11) sthanon men chandra gochar ho aur use santan karak guru dekhe to purush ko garbhadhan men pravritt hona chahie.

purush ki janm rashi se 2, 5, 9ven sthan men jab guru gochar karta hai tab vah garbhadhan karne men safal hota hai. kyonki 2re sthan ka guru 6 aur 10ven chandrama ko tatha 5ven sthan se 11ven chandrama ko aur 9van guru 3re chandrama ko dekhega. dvi, panch, navam guru se garbhadhan ki sanbhavna ka sthul akalan kiya jata hai. purush ki janm rashi se 3, 6, 10, 11ven sthan men surya ka gochar ho to garbhadhan ki sanbhavna rahti hai.

garbhadhan ka shubh muhurt evan lagn shuddhi

vaidyanath dvara kathit uprokt yog garbh utpatti ki sanbhavna ke yog hain. garbhadhan sanskar hetu shubh ya ashubh muhurt se iska koi sanbandh nahin hai. garbh utpatti sanbhavit hone par hi kisi achche jyotishi se garbhadhan ka muhurt niklvana chahie. yahi hamari sanskriti ka prachin niyam hai.

shubh muhurt men garbhadhan sanskar karne se sundar, svasth, tejasvi, gunvan, buddhiman, pratibhashali aur dirghayu santan ka janm hota hai. islie is pratham sanskar ka mahatva sarvadhik hai.

  • aghat lagn men guru, shukra, surya, budh men se koi shubh grah sthit ho athva inki lagn par drishti ho to garbhadhan safal hota hai evan garbh samuchit vriddhi ko prapt hota hai tatha hone vali santan gunvan, buddhiman, vidyavan, bhagyavan aur dirghayu hoti hai. yadi ukt grah balvan ho to uprokt fal purn rup se milte hain. garbhadhan men surya ko shubh grah mana gaya hai aur visham rashi v visham navansh ke budh ko grahan nahin karna chahie.
  • aghat lagn ke 3, 5, 9 bhav men yadi surya ho to garbh putra ke rup men viksit hota hai.
  • garbhadhan ke samay lagn, surya, chandra v guru balvan hokar visham rashi v visham navansh men ho to putra janm hota hai. yadi ye sab ya inmen se adhikansh grah sam rashi v sam navansh men ho to putri ka janm hota hai.
  • adhan kal men yadi lagn v chandrama donon shubh yukt hon ya lagn v chandra se 2, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10 men shubh grah hon, tatha pap grah 3, 6, 11 men ho aur lagn ya chandrama surya se drisht ho to garbh sakushal rahta hai.
  • garbhadhan sanskar hetu ashvini, rohini, mrigshira, hast, svati, anuradha, tin uttara, dhanishtha, revti nakshatra prashast hai.
  • purush ka janm nakshatra, nidhan tara (janm nakshatra se 7, 16, 25van nakshatra) vaidhriti, vyatipat, mrityu yog, krishn paksh ki ashtami, chaturdashi, amavasya, purnima v surya sankranti kal garbhadhan hetu varjit hai. stri ke rajodarshan se gyarhvin v terhvin ratri men bhi garbhadhan ka nishedh hai. shesh chathvin ratri se 16vin ratri tak lagn shuddhi milne par garbhadhan karen.

garbh ka vikas

charak sanhita ke anusar - akash, vayu, agni, jal aur prithvi in panch mahabhuton aur inke gunon se yukt hua atma garbh ka rup grahan karke pahle mahine men aspasht sharir vala hota hai. sushrut ne is avastha ko ‘kall’ kaha hai. ‘kall’ bhautik rup se raj, virya v ande ka sanyog hai. garbh dusre mas men dana (pinda) ho jata hai.

bhagvan dhanvantri ke anusar - tisre mahine men netradi indriyan v hriday sahit sabhi ang garbh men ek sath utpann hote hain. parantu unka rup sukshm hota hai. acharya varah mihir ke anusar - chaithe mas men haddi, panchven mas men tvacha, chathe mas men rom, satven mas men chetna, athven mas men bhukh-pyas ki anubhuti, naven mas men garbhasth shishu bahar ane hetu chatptane lagta hai aur dashven mas men pake fal ki bhanti garbh se mukt hokar bahar a jata hai. arthat garbh dharan se dashven mahine men svabhavik (prakritik) rup se prasav ho jana chahie.

garbh raksha

1. shukra, 2. mangal, 3. guru, 4. surya, 5. chandrama, 6. shani, 7. budh, 8. aghat lagn ka svami, 9 chandrama, 10. surya

ye das kramshah garbh mason ke svami (adhipti) hain. masesh jaisi shubh ashubh sthiti men hota hai, vaisi hi garbhasth shishu ki sthiti rahti hai.

pratham, dvitiya ya tritiya mas men yadi masesh pap pirit ho to us grah ki balvta ya shubhta prapti ke upay karna chahie. jisse garbh ki raksha hoti hai evan garbhapat nahin hota hai.

garbhavati stri ka ahar-vihar tatha achar-vyavhar uttam hona chahie. garbhavati stri ka snehan (malish) aur svedan (pasina nikalna) karm karne se garbh prakritik rup se barhta hai.

shahad ke sath putrajiva ke adha tola churn ko subah sham khane se garbh surakshit rahta hai.

garbhavati stri dvara ghi, dudh ka sevan karne se garbh pusht hota hai tatha prasav bhi asani se ho jata hai.

jis samay purush (pati) ki janm rashi se upachay (3, 6, 10, 11) sthanon men shukla paksh ka chandrama bhraman kar raha ho tatha gochriya chandrama, gochar ke guru ya shukra se drisht ho tatha sam tithi ko svavivahita stri men garbhadhan karne se gunvan v suyogya putra ka agaman hota hai.

ritukal - rajasrav ke pratham din stri chandali, dusre din brahmaghatini aur tisre din dhobin ke saman apvitra rahti hai. in tin dinon men garbhadhan karne se narak se aye hue papi jiv ke sharir ki utpatti hoti hai. atah ritukal ke praranbhik dinon men garbhadhan kadapi n karen. masik dharm (ritukal) ke dinon men striyon ko chahie ki ve kisi purush se sanpark n karen. kisi ke pas baithna aur vartalap nahin karna chahie. aisa karne se ane vali santan par ashubh prabhav parta hai.

vedang jyotish men ritukal ki pratham char ratriyan tatha gyarhvin aur terhvin nindit hai. ritusrav ke pratham 4 din-rat rogaprad hone ke karan garbhadhan hetu varjit hai. gyarhvin ratri men garbhadhan karne se adharmacharan karne vali kanya utpann hoti hai. terhvin ratri ke garbhadhan se murkh, papacharan karne vali, apne mata-pita ko duahkh, shok aur bhay pradan karne vali dusht kanya ka janm hota hai.

karvi, khatti, tikhi, ushn vastuon ka sevan n karke panch din tak madhur sevan karen. chathvin ratri men snan adi se shuddh hokar garbh dharan karna chahie.

jiv ka garbh men pravesh

jiv ka manushya yoni men pravesh: shrimad bhagavadgita ke anusar shubh-ashubh karm (mishrit karma) karne vala rajas prakriti (pravritti) ka jiv manushya yoni men janm leta hai. anya shastron ke anusar chairasi lakh yoniyon men janm lene ke bad jiv ko manushya yoni (sharir) ki prapti hoti hai. narak lok men papi jiv narak yatna bhugtne ke bad pap karmon ka kshay hone ke uprant shuddh hokar manushya yoni men janm leta hai tatha punyavan purush svarg lok men apne punya karmon ka sukh bhogta hai, punya karmon ke kshin ho jane ke bad jiv dharmatma ya dhanvan manushyon ke yahan janm leta hai.

“janm prapnoti punyatma graheshuchchagateshu ch.”

punyatma purush ke janm ke samay adhikansh grah apni uchch rashi men hote hain.

ek ratri ke shukra-shonit yog se kodo ke sadrishya, panch ratri men budbud sadrishya, das din hone par badri fal ke saman hota hai. tadantar mans pindakar hota hua peshipind andakar hota hai. ek mah men garbhasth bhrun purush ke hath ke anguthe ke agrim por ke barabar akar ka ho jata hai.

virodh parihar: sabse pahle to main yah spasht kar dun ki garbh mason ki ganna garbhadhan ke din se karna chahie. purva ya pashchat ki em.si. tithi - rajo darshan ke samay se nahin.

pratham mah men mas pind men se shishu ke (arthat bhrun ke) bahri mastak ki rachna ho jati hai. hath, pair adi angon ki rachna dusre mah men ho jati hai. yah to spasht hi hai. iske sath hi ankh, kan, nak, munh, ling aur guda ki rachna bhi ho jati hai kintu inke chidra nahin khulte hain. tisra mah purn hone tak sabhi indriyon ke chidra khul jate hain. gyanendriyon ki rachna ke bad bhi gyan prapti nahin hoti hai.

rudhir, med, mas, majja, haddiyon v nason ki rachna chaithe mah men ho jati hai. acharya varah mihir ne haddiyon v nason ki chaithe mah men hona to thik bataya hai kintu panchven mah men chamri ka aur chathven mah men rudhir v nakh (nakhunon) ka nirman thik nahin hai. kyonki inka nirman to purva men hi ho jata hai. aisa gurur puran ka mat hai.

panchven mah men kshudha-trishna utpann hona yah pauranik mat thik nahin hai kyonki garbhasth jiv men chetna aur gyan ki prapti satven mah men batai gai hai to fir isse purva kshudha v trishna (bhukh-pyas) kaise utpann hogi ?

bhukh-pyas, svad aur oj adi ka athven mah men utpann hona. yah acharya varahmihir ka mat upyukt v satik jan parta hai.

masadhipti ke pirit hone par garbhapat ho jata hai.-

acharya varahmihir ke anusar -

masadhiptau nipirite, tatkalan stravnan samadishet.

atah garbh mas ke svami grah ke pirit hone par tatkal garbh srava/garbhapat ho jata hai. jis mas men masadhipti balvan ya shubh drisht ho us mas men sukhpurvak garbh ki vriddhi hoti hai. jab gochar man se mangal, shukra ya guru pap grah se drisht ya yut hote hain, athva apni nich ya shatru rashi men hote hain to kramshah pratham, dvitiya ya tritiya mas men garbhapat ho jata hai. sabse adhik garbhapat mangal ke karan hi hote hain kyonki mangal rakt ka karak hai. atah garbhavastha ke praranbh men mangal grah ke shantyarth upay karna chahie tatha shukradi koi grah yadi pap pirit ho to us hetu bhi mantra jap v dan adi karna chahie isse garbh surakshit rahta hai. yahan ham ek bat dena chahte hain ki surya, chandrama garbh ko pusht karne vale aur prasav karak hote hain. garbh ke tisre mahine men jab garbhasth shishu ke lingadi angon ki rachna hoti hai us samay garbhavati stri ko yadi surya tatva vali aushdhiyan khilai jave to surya tatva ki adhikta ke karan garbhasth shishu purush lingi ban jata hai.

garbh raksha ki navmans chikitsa

prayatnapurvak garbh ki raksha karna pati-patni donon ka sanyukt dayitva hai. garbhavastha men stri ko kam, krodh, lobh, moh se bachna chahie. garbhavati stri ko atyadhik unche ya niche sthanon par nahin jana chahie. garbhavati stri ko kathin yatraain varjit hai. garbhavati stri ko kathin asan ya vyayam nahin karna chahie. tikhe, khatte, karve atyadhik garam padarthon ka sevan karne se ya garbh par kisi prakar ka dabav parne se garbh nasht ho jata hai.

larai, jhagra, shok, kalah aur maithun/sanbhog se stri ko bachna chahie. garbhasth shishu ka svasthya achcha rahe, uske sharir ka samuchit vikas hota rahe tatha garbhavati stri sharirik rup se itni saksham ho ki uchit samay par sarvagun sanpann, sukhi v svasth shishu ko sukhpurvak janm de sake. is hetu ‘charak sanhita’ men maharshi charak ne navmas chikitsa ka vidhan varnit kiya hai.

tritiya mas: is mas men garm dudh ko thanda karke ek chammach shuddh ghi aur tin chammach shahad gholakar subah sham pina chahie.

chaturth mas: is mas men dudh ke sath taja makhkhan bis gram ki matra men subah sham sevan karna chahie.

pancham mas: panchven mas men sirf dudh v shuddh ghi ka apni pachan shakti ke anurup sevan karen.

chatha mas: is mas men dvitiya mas ki bhanti kshir pak (shatavar sadhit dudh) ka sevan karna chahie.

saptam mas: is mas men chathe mas ka prayog jari rakhen.

athvan mas: is mas men dudh -daliya, ghi ubalakar sham ke bhojan men bharpet khana chahie.

navam mas: naven mas men shatavar sadhit tel men rui ka faha bhigokar rojana rat ko sote samay yoni ke andar gahrai men rakh liya karen. ek mah tak yah prayog karne se prasav ke samay adhik kasht nahin hoga aur sukhpurvak prasav ho sakega.

dasven mah men jab prasav vedna hone lage tab vacha (vach) ki chal ko erand ke tel men ghisakar garbhavati stri ki nabhi ke aspas aur niche pedu par malen. lagaen aisa karne se sukhpurvak narmal dilivri hogi.

1. jis din stri ko rajasrav (rajodarshana) shuru hota hai vah uske masik dharm ka pratham din/rat kahi jati hai. stri ke masik dharm ke pratham din se lekar solhven din tak ka svabhavik ritukal mana gaya hai. ritukal men hi garbhadhan karen.

2. ritukal ki pratham char ratriyan rogkarak hone ke karan nishiddh hain. isi tarah gyarhvin aur terhvin ratri bhi nindit hai. atah in chah ratriyon ko chorakar shesh das ratriyon men hi garbhadhan karen. in das ratriyon men bhi yadi koi parva-vratadi ho to bhi samagam n karen.

3. uprokt vidhi se chayan ki gai ratriyon ke alava shesh samay pati-patni sanyam se rahen. kyonki brahmachari ka virya hi shreshth hota hai, kami purushon ka nahin aur shreshth bijon se hi shreshth falon ki utpatti hoti hai.

4. garbhadhan hetu rishiyon ne ratri hi mahatvapurn mani hai. atah ratri ke dvitiya prahar (10 se 1 baje) men hi samagam karen. aitreyopnishad ke anusar- ‘din men sanbhog karne se pran kshin hote hain’. isi upnishad men pradosh kal arthat godhuli bela bhi sanbhog hetu nishiddh kahi gai hai.

5. sharirik, mansik rup se svasth tatha nirogi, buddhiman aur shreshth santan chahne vali danpatti ko chahie ki vah garbhakala/garbhavastha men sanbhog kadapi n karen. anyatha hone vali santan jivan bhar kam vasna se trast rahegi tatha use kisi bhi prakar ka sharirik mansik rog/vikriti ho sakti hai.

6. sanskarvan aur sachcharitra santan ki kamna vali garbhavati stri ko chahie vah garbhavastha ke dauran kam, krodh, lobh, moh, ishrya, dvesh adi vikaron ka parityag kar de. shubh acharan karen aur prasannachit rahen.

kis ratri ke garbh se kaisi santan hogi ?

  • chaithi ratri men garbhadharan karne se jo putra paida hota hai, vah alpayu, gunon se rahit, duahkhi aur daridri hota hai.
  • panchvin ratri ke garbh se janmi kanya bhavishya men sirf larkiyan hi paida karegi.
  • chathvin ratri ke garbh se utpann putra madhyam ayu (32-64 varsha) ka hoga.
  • satvin ratri ke garbh se utpann kanya alpayu aur banjh hogi.
  • athvin ratri ke garbh se paida putra saubhagyashali aur aishvaryavan hoga.
  • nauvin ratri ke garbh se saubhagyavti aur aishvaryashalini kanya utpann hoti hai.
  • dasvin ratri ke garbh se chatur (pravin) putra ka janm hota hai.
  • gyarhvin ratri ke garbh se adharmacharan karne vali charitrahin putri paida hoti hai.
  • barhvin ratri ke garbh se purushottama/sarvottam putra ka janm hota hai.
