Atal Bihari Vajpayee was the Prime Minister of India from May 16-31, 1996, and then again from March 19, 1998 to May 13, 2004. With his swearing-in as Prime Minister after the parliamentary election of October 1999, he became the fi rst and only person since Jawaharlal Nehru to occupy the offi ce of the Prime Minister of India through three successive Lok Sabhas. Shri Vajpayee was the fi rst Prime Minister since Smt. Indira Gandhi to lead his party to victory in successive elections. Atal Bihari Vajpayee brings with him a long parliamentary experience spanning over four decades. He has been a Member of Parliament since 1957. He is the only parliamentarian elected from four different States at different times - UP, Gujarat, MP and Delhi. His legacy as Prime Minister is a rich one that is remembered and cherished even a decade after his term ended.
It included the Pokhran nuclear tests, astute and wise economic policies that laid the foundations of the longest period of sustained growth in independent Indian history, massive infrastructure projects such as those related to development of national highways and the Golden Quadrilateral. Few Indian Prime Ministers have left such a dramatic impact on society. Widely respected within the country and abroad as a statesman of the genre of Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru, Shri Vajpayee's 1998-99 stint as Prime Minister has been characterised as 'one year of courage of conviction'. It was during this period that India entered a select group of nations following a series of successful nuclear tests at Pokhran in May 1998.
The bus journey to Pakistan in February 1999 was widely acclaimed for starting a new era of negotiations to resolve the outstanding problems of the sub-continent. India's honesty made an impact on the world community. Later, when this gesture of friendship turned out to be a betrayal of faith in Kargil, Shri Vajpayee was also hailed for his successful handling of the situation in repulsing back the intruders from the Indian soil.
It was during Shri Vajpayee's 1998-99 tenure that despite a global recession, India achieved 5.8 percent GDP growth, which was higher than the previous year. Higher agricultural production and increase in foreign exchange reserves during this period were indicative of a forward-looking economy responding to the needs of the people. "We must grow faster. We simply have no other alternative" has been Shri Vajpayee's slogan focusing particularly on economic empowerment of the rural poor.
The bold decisions taken by his Government for strengthening rural economy, building a strong infrastructure and revitalising human development programmes, fully demonstrated his Government's commitment to a strong and self-reliant nation to meet the challenges of the next millennium to make India an economic power in the 21st century. Due to his overwhelming achievements, he has been rightly conferred the highest civilian honour of our country ‘Bharat Ratna’. Let’s study his prominent achievements from the perspective of Numerology.
The outstanding feature in his chart is the highest number on Mental Plane given by the intellectual number 7. All his forces are directed through excellent analysis, scientifi c approach and specialisation. Number 7 also has the Special Frequency and also is the Personality Number. The other important forces prominent in his chart are Talent Number 8 and Destiny Number 22/4, a Master Number. Talent Number and the Destiny Number are the two most important numbers in Numerology and hold prime importance. Number 8 and Number 22/4 both are the numbers of extraordinary achievements, power, authority and recognition, and we know what Vajpayee ji achieved in his life. He actively participated in the crusade against the British rule in Freedom Movement at a tender age and was arrested and sent to jail in the Quit India Movement in 1942. He was anti Congress and the representative of the Jansangh at that time.
He was elected for Lok Sabha for 9 times and Rajya Sabha for 3 times. He served as the Prime Minister of our nation for 3 times. Special Frequency of number 1 for 6 times always supported by his Pinnacles provided him great leadership qualities, organisational and management abilities. His Heart Number 6 supported by the subtle forces of Ultimate Number 3 and Habit Number 9 gave him the power of self expression which he showed in his fi ne poetry and excellent oratory. His poetry and oratory have received appraisals not only from the partymen but also from the oppositions always. Hardly any other parliamentarian has been given such respect as Mr. Vajpayee.
His gift of words have always refl ected in his fi ne poetry and speeches in Parliament. Jawaharlal Nehru was so much fascinated with his talent, knowledge on any subject and gift of words refl ected in his speeches that he said in the Parliament in 1957, “I am sure, this boy will become Prime Minister of India one day.” Number 8 and 22/4 always poses threat to marriage and married life specially if these numbers appear as Talent Number and Destiny number. In his case both these numbers are present. Probably, this may be the reason why he didn’t get married. However, the readers must be aware that this is the author's observation and that, too on 30-40 charts, so don’t follow this principle blindly.
It requires further research. Let us now examine some of the important and remarkable events of his life which took place between the year 1992 to 2000. In 1993, he was given the Padma Vibhushan award for his outstanding work. At this time he was under the infl uence of Event Number 1, Personal Year 5 and Pinnacle 1 supported by other numbers. So, the time was favourable for getting such recognition and honour. On 13 Oct. 1999, he became the Prime Minister of India for the third time. At this time he was under the infl uence of Event Number 1, Personal Year 2, Current Year 1, Pinnacle 1 and Birth Force period 7. All these numbers are very favourable. In December 2014, Govt. announced to confer him the highest civilian honour of our country.
He was selected for the 'Bharat Ratna' alongwith Pt. Madan Mohan Malviya, another legend of our country. Let's examine this event also from the perspective of Numerology. In 2014 and 2015, his running Event Number is 8, his Talent Number is already 8. Not only this but his personal year in 2014 is also 8 and in 2015, it is 9. So, from all the perspectives the time is quite favourable for such a recognition and honour. So, we can conclude that the Talent and Destiny Numbers make the promises of events or the amount of success in life while the other numbers deliver the result either negative or positive.
