vastushastra ka mahatva evan parichay vastu shastra ka vaigyanik aur adhyatmik adhar hai. yadi ap vedon par aur bhagvan par vishvas karte hain to koi karan nahin ki vastu par vishvas n karane. jis prakar hamara sharir panchmhabhuton se mil kar bana hai, usi prakar kisi bhi bhavan ke nirman men panch mahabhuton ka paryapt dhyan rakha jae to bhavan men rahne vale sukh se rahenge. a tharvaved ka ek upved hai sthapatya ved. yah upved hi hamare vastu shastra ka adhar hai. parmpita parmatma ki asim kripa se brahma ji ko jab srishti ki rachna ka karya saunpa gaya, to brahma ji ne apne charon mukhon se char ved utpann kie tatha vastu vidya, dhanurvidya, chikitsa yani ayurvidya tatha sangitvidya ki rachna ki. vedon men jyotish se sanbandhit kul 242 shlok hain. rigved men 37, yajurved men 44 tatha atharvaved men 162 shlok hain. ye shlok hi jyotish ka adhar hain. sthapatya ved bhi atharvaved ka hi ek bhag hai. bina jyotish ke vastu vidya adhuri hai. vastu aur jyotish ka choli daman ka sath hai. vastu men muhurt ka bhi bahut mahatva hai aur bina jyotish ke gyan ke ap muhurt nahin nikal sakte. brahma ji ke manas putra shri vishvakarma ji ne jis vastu shastra ko sansar ke kalyan ke nimitt bhavnon ko sudrirh adhar deti hai. vastu shastra men bhavan nirman ke lie bhumi ki pariksha, mitti ki gunavatta, bhumi ki dhalan, bhukhand ka akar, prakar, bhumi se niklne vali vastuon ka shubhashubh vichar, bhumi tak pahunchne ke marg v vedh adi ka vichar kiya jata hai. jalah prithvi ke bad jal ka nambar ata hai, kyonki jal hi hamare jivan ka adhar hai. adhikatar bastiyan samudra, nadi evan jhil ke kinaron par basi hain. shuddh jal ke kai satvik gun hain. jal ki adhikta hone se barh a jati hai aur kami hone se sukha par jata hai. vastu shastra men jal ki upalabdhata sunishchit karne ke lie nal, boring, kuna, bhumigat tanki, bhavan ke upar ki tanki, septik taink, sivej, nali, farsh ki dhalan, chat ki dhalan adi ka vichar kiya jata hai. agniah agni ka pramukh srot surya hai, jiski garmi, tej aur prakash se pura vishva v brahmand chalayman hai. surya ki sapekshata se prithvi par din aur rat bante hain. rituen parivartit hoti hain. jalvayu men parivartan ate hain. vastushastra men tarangen tatha gurutvakarshan shakti prithvi tatha anya grahon par bhinna-bhinn payi jati hai. vastu shastra men akash tatva ko mahatva dene ke lie brahm sthan khula rakhne ko kaha jata hai. chat ki unchai, baramda, khirki aur darvajon ka vichar karke bhavan men akash tatva ko sunishchit kiya jata hai. bhumi, jal, agni, vayu aur akash in panch tatvon ke uchit talmel se bhavan ke vatavaran ko sukhamay banaya ja sakta hai. pratyek vyakti dharm, arth, kam aur moksh chahta hai. sharir ko chalane ke lie arth, buddhi ko nirmal rakhne ke lie dharm, man ko khush rakhne ke lie kam tatha atma ko moksh chahie. panchatatvon ka sahi prayog kar unhen apne lie sukhamay banaya ja sakta hai.
