sthitiyon ke karan nirmit hote hain tatha apna shubh-ashubh prabhav manav par dalte hain. audyogik bhavan banane se pahle bhumi ka parikshan karna chahie. iske lie sarvapratham bhukhand ke madhya ek agantukon ya sanrakshakon ke man men uttejna utpann ho sakti hai jisse ve sahi tarah se bat karne men asamarth ho sakte hain.
