shri’ arthat devi aur vidya arthat gyan. sidhe-sade shabdon men yah devi ki upasna hai. ek aisa gyan hai jise janne ke pashchat kuch janna shesh nahin rah jata. manushya ke jivan ka param lakshya atm bodh hai. apne nij svarup se anbhigya manushya svayan ko ashay mahsus karta hai. karm bandhan men fansa jivan isi atm bodh ke lie janm janmantar tak bhatkta rahta hai. isi atmabodh ke tantra ka nam shri vidya hai. yah shakt paranpra ki prachin evan sarvochch pranali hai. adi kal se manushya laukik aur parlaukik sukhon ke lie vibhinn devi-devtaane ki upasna karta aya hai. aisa aksar paya jata hai ki bhautik sukhon men lipt jivan jite hue manushya atmik sukh se vanchit rahta hai, kuch adhura sa anubhav karta hai. yah bhi mana jata hai ki atmik anubhuti ke lie bhautik sukhon ka moh chorna parta hai. ek sadharan manushya ke lie yah bhi sanbhav nahin hai. aise sandarbh men shri vidya upasna ek mahatvapurn sadhan hai. yah devi (shakti) ki tin abhivyaktiyon par adharit hai. û bhog, moksh pradayini man lalita tripur sundri ka svarup. û shri yantra û panchdshakshari mantra shrividya ek kramabaddh, rahasyamyi paddhati hai jismen aan, yog (pranayam), bhakti aur devi ke pujn-archan ka sanudar samavesh hai. û mahashakti tripur sundri: mahashakti tripursundri mahadev ki svarupa shakti hain. inhin ke sahyog se shiv srishti men sukshm se lekar sthul rupon men upasthit hain. samanya manushya ke lie kan-kan men bhagvan upasthit hain. jagad guru shankracharya krit saundarya lahri ke pratham shlok men yah bhav pratyaksh dikhai deta hai. shivah shaktaya yukto yadi bhavti shaktah prabhvitun n chedevan devo n khalu kushlah spanditumpi. atastvamaradhyanhrihrviranchayadibhirpi pranantun stotun va kathmkritpunyah prabhvti.. arthat- he bhagvti! ap muladhar men prithvitatva ko, manipur men jalatatva ko, svadhishthan men agnitatva ko, hriday men sthit anahat men marutatva ko, vishuddhi chakra men akashatatva ko tatha bhuchakra men manastatva ko is prakar sare chakron ka bhedan kar sushumna marg ko bhi chorakar sahastra padm men sarvatha ekant men apne pati sadashiv ke sath vihar karti hain. -saundarya lahri (9) panchdshakshari mantra: shivahshaktiah kamah kshitirthan ravishshit kirnah smaro hansashshakrastadanu ch paramar haryah ami ahavllekhamistisrimirvsaneshu ghatitaah bhajante varnaste tav janni namavyvtam arthat ka-shivah, e- shakti, i-kamah, la-kshiti, hrin-hrallekha,-h,-ravi, sa-som, ka- rumar, ha- hans la-shukrah hallekha - hriin, sa-para shakti, ka-marah la-hari, hallekha-hrin- is prakar tin kutbijon ki srishti hoti hai. he bhagvti ! apke namrup ye tin kut hain. inka jap karne se sadhak ka atihit hota hai. -saundarya lahri (32) is shlok mane gupt rup se panchdshakshari mantra ka varnan hai. is mantra ke tin bhag hain- vagbhav kut arthat vahni kundlini, kamrajkut- surya kundlini aur shakti kut- som kundlini. uprokt sabhi vidhiyan samanya manushya ke lie kathin pratit hoti hain. kisi bhi gyan ya vidya ka mulyankan uski vyavharikta se kiya jata hai. yadi kisi vidya ka prayog manushya rojamarra ke jivan men apne vividh karya kalapon ke lie n kar sake to uska koi prayojan nahin rah jata. iske lie adi guru shankracharya ne apne granth saundarya lahri men ek saral vidhi batayi hai. japo jalpah shilpan saklmpi mudravirchna gatiah pradakshinyakramnmshnadya hutvidhiah. pranamah sanveshah sukhmkhil matmarpanadusha saparyaparyayastav bhavtu yanme vilsitam.. arthat- he bhagvti! atmarpan drishti se is deh se jo kuch bhi bahyantar sadhan kiya ho, vah apni aradhna rup man len aur svikar karen. mera bolna apke lie mantra jap ho jae, shilpadi bahya kriya mudra pradarshan ho jae, deh ki gati (chalna) apki pradakshina ho jae, deh ka sona (shayn) ashtang namaskar ho tatha dusre sharirik sukh ya dukh bhog bhi sarvarpan bhav men ap svikar karen. spasht hai ki yah atyant saral marg hai. atm samarpan bhav se yadi shri vidya upasna ki jae to shighra hi man tripura upasak ke jivan ka sanchalan svayan karti hain. upasak sukh, samriddhi saflta to pata hi hai, sat chit anand bhi uske lie sulabh aur sahaj ho jate hain arthat bhautik aur atmik sukh donon prapt ho jate hain. yahi bhog, moksh pradayini man ki apne bhakton se pratigya hai.
