‘brihatparashrhorashastra’’ men maharshi parashar ki ukti hai- ‘‘lagne vyaye sukhe va'pi saptame va'pi chashtame. shubhdrigyoghine ch patin hantin na sanshyah.’’ yahi vah shlok hai jismen kujdosh se sanbandhit grah sthitiyon tatha kujdosh bhang yog ka ek hi sthan par nirdesh kiya gaya hai. uprokt shlok ka ‘shubhdrigyoghin’ shabd sanshay ka mulkaran pratit hota hai. ‘shubhdrigyoghin’ shabd mangl ke lie n prayukt hokar vivah ke karak saptam bhav tatha saptamesh ke lie prayukt hua pratit hota hai. tabhi is virodhabhas ki paristhiti se mukt hua ja sakta hai. atah avashyak hai ki kundali milan ke samay jyotishshastra ke mulbhut siddhantane, rishi vachnon, adya shabdon ko praman mante hue uhapoh-purvak hi kujdosh nirnay men kisi nishkarsha par pahunchna chahie.
