prashna: brahm granthi kyon? uttara: sansar men prayah yah paripati prasiddh hai ki jab tak ham kisi vastu ko vishesh rup se smaran rakhna chahte hain to uske lie kapre men ek ganth laga liya karte hain. ‘ganth bandh lena’ aise hi arth men ek prasiddh lokokti tak ban gai. faltah brahmaprapti rup charam lakshya ki smarak ki brahmasuchak yah granthi ‘brahmagranthi’ kahlati hai. brahm granthi ke upar apne-apne gotra pravradi ke bhed se 1, 3, 5 ganth lagane ki kul paranpraen hoti hain. prashna: vivah ke purva bana kyon baithate hain? uttara: yah var-vadhu ke sharirik saundaryadhan ki prakriya hai. sat suhagin striyan jo haldi adi pisakar svayan usse ubatan taiyar karti hain, dahi-tel-durva, in tinon vastuon se var-kanya ka sat bar abhishek karti hain arthat ye padarth sharir par lagaye jate hain. dahi shital, shantikarak, tel snigdh aur kantiprad hai. tvacha sanbandhi doshon ko dur karne ki yah ramban aushdhi hai. vivah ke sat din purva is ubatan (pithi) ke lagatar prayog se var-vadhu ke sharir men vishesh kanti (nur) ka samavesh ho jata hai. kai jagah bana ko tel charhana, pithi baithana bhi kahte hain. prashna: var-vadhu ke panvon men raksha-sutra kyon? uttara: var-vadhu ke panv men khaunri athva rakshasutra (kakn-mirhn) pahnane ki pratha prayah sabhi pranton men hai. yah raksha-sutra kauri, supari, pili sarson, lohe ka challa adi vastuon se nirmit hota hai. vastu vigyan ke anusar yah sab vastuen adrishya vatavaran janya haniyon se bhavi danpattiyon ki raksha ke sath unki vishesh sthiti ki parichayak bhi hoti hain. isse abaddh hone ke bad unhen kathin parishramsadhya karyon se avkash de diya jata hai. rakshasutra sharir men achanak rog ya kasht utpann nahin hone deta. prashna: tani (mantha) kyon? uttara: prayah jahan mandap evan vivah vedi bani hoti hai uske upar manuj ki dori men mitti ke char sanchidra shakore (ya mitti ke diye) latke hote hain. charon mrinmay patra charon ashram ke pratik hain jo ek jivn-sutra men bandhe hote hain. is tani dvara bahri abhichar karmon se jatak ki raksha hoti hai. prashna: vivah pashchat dhruv-darshan kyon? uttara: vivah ke tatkal pashchat bhartiya sanskriti men sapt rishiyon ke sath dhruvadarshan ‘athato dhruvadarshanam’ ki paripati hai. dhruv sthir hai, usi tarah tumhara suhag bhi sthir rahe. dhruv drirh hai, usi tarah var-vadhu apne grihasthadharm evan katrtavyapalan ke prati adig drirh rahen. yah pavan sandesh saptarishiyon ke ashirvad ke sath var-vadhu ko diya jata hai. prashna: vivahoprant jatre (gram parikrama) kyon? uttara: vivah ke uprant var-vadhu ko sath le jakar jatre di jati hai. apne kuldevta ko naivedya charhaya jata hai. dev-darshan ke madhyam se ganv-nagar ke pramukh tirtha-sthal aur mandiron ka bhraman ho jata hai. prashna: vanaprasth ashram kyon? uttara: yah sarvasangrahi vyakti ko sarvatyagi banata hai tatha vyakti ko purn sannyas ki or prerit karta hai. prashna: sannyas kyon? uttara: sannyas moksh marg ki or pravritt hone ka pratham charan hai tatha vyakti ko sarvasva tyag ki punit shiksha deta hai. aj ke sansar men manushya ko jina to ata hi nahin par marna bhi nahin ata. sannyas mrityu ki satta ko vyavharik rup se angikar karne ki uttam vyavastha hai.

srishti ke arambh se hi pratyek manushya ki ye utkat abhilasha rahi hai ki vah kisi prakar se apna bhut, vartaman evan bhavishya jan sake. bhavishya kathan vigyan ki anek shakhaen prachlit hain jinmen jyotish, ankshastra, hast rekha shastra, sharirik hav-bhav evan lakshan shastra pramukh hain. hal ke varshon men sharirik hav-bhav evan ang lakshanon se bhavishyavani karne ka prachalan barha hai. vartaman ank men sharirik hav-bhav evan ang lakshanon se bhavishyavani kaise ki jati hai, iska vistrit vivaran vibhinn lekhon ke madhyam se samjhaya gaya hai.
