svapn dvara bhav jagat men pravesh,ek prayog ! dae. bhagvan sahay shrivastav svapnon ke madhyam se bhav jagat men pravesh karna bahut hi sugam hai kintu iske purva chetan man aur avchetan man ki simaon ko samajh lene se bahut suvidha hogi. jin svapnon ka sanbandh manushya ki chetna athva bhautik jagat se hota hai ve damit akankshaon ke falasvarup aur unhin ki purti ke lie pichle marg se pravesh karte hain kyonki bhautik jagat ka bodh hamen hamari gyanendriyon (sparsh, jibh, nak, ankh, kan) ke dvara hota hai jabki bhav jagat ka bodh in indriyon se n hokar atindriya dvara us man se hota hai jo sthul sharir ke nasht ho jane ke bad bhi atma ke irda-gird sukshm sharir ki rachna kiye rahta hai. pichle janmon ki smriti athva bhavishya darshan is atindriya dvara hi sanbhav hua karti hai. jab hamara sthul sharir shithil ya ashakt avastha men hota hai to hamara avchetan man bhautik jagat se upar uthakar atm chetna, parachetna, athva param chetna se sanbandh sthapit kar leta hai. is avastha men dikhai dene vale svapn adhyatmik hote hain. vastutah chetan man ki apeksha avchetan man ke pas gyan prapt karne ke sadhan adhik sabal hain kyonki bechara chetan man to gyanendriyon aur unke jarie prapt suchnaon par hi adharit rahta hai. kabhi-kabhi in gyanendriyon ki sima bhi uske gyan men badha ban jati hai jabki avchetan man ke pas pichli smritiyon ka asim bhandar rahta hai. yah ek aisa kanpyutar hai jo chahe to bhavishya men bhi jhank sakta hai tatha anokhe tathya udghatit kar sakta hai. jab hamara chetan man tanav se mukt hota hai, jaise nind men to ham is ‘kal rupi chaithe ayam men donon or, yani age aur piche (bhut aur bhavishya donon or) aram se dekh sakte hain. bhav ek prakar ki anubhuti hai. jaise ek hi chitra ko dekhne par bhinna-bhinn vyaktiyon ke man men bhinna-bhinn anubhutiyan ho sakti hain. ye anubhutiyan hi hamara bhav jagat hain aur svapnon ke madhyam se sahi aur spasht bhav grahan karna hi bhav jagat men pravesh karna hai. bhav jagat men pravesh-prayog vidhi is prayog men sabse pahla abhyas jo apekshit hai, vah hai shariragat indriyon (sparsh, gandh, svad, dhvani, drishya) se prapt suchnaon ko grahan n karne athva unse bachne ka gahra abhyas. iske lie ap sharir aur shvas ko bilkul shithil kar dijie tatha man men uthne vale vicharon ka nirikshan praranbh kariye. dhyan rakhen, vicharon ka keval sakshi banakar nirikshan hi karna hai. kisi vichar ke sath bahna ya svayan vichar shrrinkhla men fans jane se apne apko puri tarah bachana hoga. savdhani: shant aur shithil hokar ap kan se sunai parne vali dhvaniyon ka nirikshan karne ka abhyas karen. kan men parne vali dhvaniyon se ap jo bhi bhav grahan karte hain vah apka sharirik anubhav athva indriyagat anubhav hi kahlayega. apka chetan man in dhvaniyon ke adhar par purani suchnaon ki sahayta se ek nirnay le leta hai. yahan bas yah dhyan rakhen ki dhvani matra ek dhvani hai. uske adhar par chetan man men uthne vale anginat prashnon ki shrrinkhla ke matra drishta banen. us adhar par koi nirnay n karen. usse bachen. yadi apko bhav jagat men pravesh karna hai to aise vicharon se bachna hoga. yog ki sadhna men aise vichar aur bhav anpekshit v nirarthak hote hain. jab man shunya aur nirvichar ho jayega tabhi alaukik, adbhut akalpaniya bhav jagat men pravesh kar sakenge.
