pratham adhyay (46 shlok): dhritrashtra ne sanjay se pucha ki dharmabhumi svarup kurukshetra men mere putron aur pandu putron ne ekatra hokar kya kiya? sanjay ne yuddhakshetra ke drishya ka varnan karte hue kaha ki duryodhan, guru dronacharya ko apni advitiya vyuh rachna, virat sena, shurviron, mahadhanardhariyon aur astron-shastron adi ke bare men bata rahe hain. ve kah rahe hain ki unke paksh men svayan dronacharya, ajey bhishm pitamah aur mahan dhanurdhari karn bhi hain. vijy se purn ashvast hote hue unhonne guru dronacharya ko kaha ki pratipaksha men bhim ka sainyabal bhi paryapt hai. tabhi yuddh ki ghoshna karte hue sabhi yoddhaon ne shankh dhvani se akash aur prithvi ko pratidhvanit kar diya. pandvon ki or se, shrikrishn dvara sanchalit shvet ghoron se yukt rath par baithe arjun karm ka katrta manna chahiye aur n hi karm na karne ke lie asakt hona chahiye. tumhara kshatriya dharm yuddh karna hai isilie utho aur yuddh karo. tritiya adhyay (43 shlok): gyaniyon aur yogiyon ke antar ko spasht karte hue shrikrishn kahte hain ki fal ki ichcha ke bina kiye gae karmon ko ‘karmayog’ kahte hain. vishy-bhog ki kamna ke sath kiye gae karmon se keval vishy-sukh hi prapt ho sakta hai. karmayog bandhan men nahin bandhta aur yagya ke saman hota hai isilie vah nishchit hi shreyaskar hai. chaturth adhyay (43 shlok): shrikrishn ne punarjanm ke siddhant ko samjhaya hai aur apne ajanme, avinashi evan samast jivon ke ishvar hone ke svarup ka parichay dete hue kaha ki ve adharm ke vinash aur dharm ki sansthapna ke lie yug-yug men prakat hote hain. sampurn srishti ka katrta hone ke bavjud bhi karmon men lipt n hone ke karan ve karmon ke katrta nahin bante. isilie karmon ke bhed ko samjho aur tatva gyan ko jano jisse janma-bandhan se mukta ho sako. pancham adhyay (29 shlok): karma karne ke prakaron par prakash dalte hue shrikrishn kahte hain ki karmasannyas aur karmayog donon hi sahi hain parantu unmen se karmayog shreyaskar hai. karmayog rahit karmasannyas dukhdayi hai aur nishkam karmayogi gyan prapta karke shighra hi brahm ko prapt hote hain. is tathya ko bhi samjhaya hai ki atma aur sharir alg-alag hain. karm ki utpatti manushya ki kamna se hoti hai aur karm hamare sharir dvara kiya jata hai n ki atma dvara. vishy-bhog hi samast dukhon ka karan hai jiska koi adi aur ant nahin hai. gyani log vishyon men asakt nahin hote aur nirantr brahm men avasthit rahte hue moksh prapta karte hain. shashtham adhyay (47 shlok): shrikrishn ne matra daihik karm ka tyag karne valon ki apeksha un manushyon ko sannyasi aur yogi kaha hai jo karmafal ki ichcha ke bina karm karte hain. taduprant, jo man aur indriyon ko vash men karke shrikrishna svarup men hi dhyan lagate hain, ve sarvashreshth yogi hain. arjun ne kaha ki man to chanchal hai use vash men karna to vayu ko shrikrishn ne brahm, adhyatm, karm, adhidev, adhibhut adi ka artha samjhaya aur kaha ki jo mrityu ke samay bhi mujhmen rah pata hai use param gati prapt hoti hai kyonki jo manushya ki ant kal men manah sthiti hoti hai vahi use prapt hota hai. jo nirantar mujhe hi smaran karte rahte hain unke lie main sulabh hun. shrikrishna punah arjun ko kahte hain ki man aur buddhi ko param tatva ko samarpit karte hue utho aur yuddh karo. navam adhyay (34 shlok): shrikrishn kahte hain ki sampurn jagt mujhmen samaya hua hai kintu main unmen avasthit nahin hun. jis prakar vayu sadaiv akash men sthit rahti hai usi prakar samast jiv-vastu mujhmen sthit hain. jo log yatharth mahatma hote hain ve ananya bhav se sadaiv mujhe bhajte hain aur unki dekhbhal main svayan hi karta hun. tum jo bhi karma karte ho, bhojan karte ho, dan karte ho, tap adi karte ho, sab kuch mujhe samarpan karo. arthat, deh aur chitt ko mujhmen hi rakho to mujhe hi prapt hoge. dasham adhyay (42 shlok): shrikrishn ne arjun ko sakha aur bhakta hone ke karan apne avarnaniya rup, anant svarup, vibhutiyon aur aishvarya ke bare men sankshep men bataya aur kaha ki sampurn char-achar jagat evan unke sabhi gun adi ki utpatti, sthiti aur pralay ka karan ve svayan hi hain aur unhonne bina parishram ke apne ekansh men sampurn jagat ko dharan kiya hua hai. ekadash adhyay (55 shlok): arjun ne shrikrishn ke is aishvaryamy rup ko dekhne ki ichcha ki to shrikrishn ne arjun ko divya netra pradan kiye kyonki prakritik netron se unka divya rup dekh pana asanbhv tha. divya netron se arjun ne us virat rup ko dekha jiska koi adi, madhya aur ant nahin tha aur usmen sampurn jiv, vastu, dishaen, lok adi samaye hue the. arjun ne usmen bhut, vartaman evan bhavishya sabhi kuch dekha. yah sab dekh kar arjun atyant romanchit evan vismit hokr natamastak ho gaya. shrikrishn ne kaha ki main lokon ka sanhar karne ke lie abhi pravritt hua hun aur pratipaksh men jo yoddha a hain vah tumhare dvara hat hue bina bhi jivit nahin rahenge. atah tum karo, usmen bhi asaksham ho to sanyat chitt se samasta karmon ke fal ka tyag karo. mujhmen man aur buddhi arpan karne vale aur udasin bhav se rahne vale bhakt mujhe priya hain. trayodash adhyay (35-shlok): shrikrishn ne arjun ko bataya ki karmon ka kshetra yah sharir hai aur jo ise janta hai vah kshetragya hai. samasta kshetron ka kshetragya shri krishn svayan hi hain. shrikrishn ne kshetra ke vikaron ke bare men sankshep men batate hue kaha hai ki kshetra aur kshetragya ke antar ko janna hi gyan hai. isko janne ke pashchat vishay men lipt n hona aur sambhav se rahna bhi gyan hai. jo is pranali se jiv-tatva aur parm-tatva ko samajh jate hain ve punarjanm prapt nahin karte. chaturdash adhyay (32 shlok): shrikrishn ne arjun ko samjhaya ki satvik, rajsik aur tamsik gunon se hi sansar ka bandhte hain. uske viprit bhakti yog men sanlagn manushya in trigunon ko par kar moksh ko prapta hota hai. pa×chadash adhyay (20 shlok)ah shrikrishn ne kaha hai ki sansar ashvatth vriksh ke saman hai parantu jaren upar aur shakhaen niche ki or hain. shakhaen nimn (manushya, pashu adi) aur uchch yoniyon (devta adi) ka pratinidhitva kar rahi hain. bhog-vasna rupi jataen niche ki or viksit hoti rahti yoniyon men vicharan karte rahte hain. shrikrishn kahte hain ki main hi kshar se atit aur akshar se shreshtha hokar purushottam hun. jo log, moh shunya hokar mera bhajan karte hain ve sarvavid hokar sansar ko anayas hi par kar jate hain. shodash adhyay (24-shlok): shrikrishn ne daivi aur asuri prakriti ka prithk-prithak varnan kiya hai aur kaha hai ki kam, krodh evan moh asuri prakriti hain aur ye narak ke dvar hain. daivi prakriti ka ashray lene par manushya moksh ki or agrasar hota hai aur asuri prakriti ka ashray lene par bhagvan ka dveshi banta hai. saptadash adhyay (28 shlok): shrikrishn ne tin prakar ki shraddha kahi hai - satvik, rajsik aur tamsik. vyakti, kis tatva ke prati shraddhalu hota hai yah use purva-sanskar se, manushya sang se aur svabhav se prapt hota hai. manushya kis prakriti ke adhin hai yah uske bhojan, yagya, tapasya aur dan se pratibinbit ho jata hai. yagya, tap, dan adi karma shastra sammat vidhi dvara hi karne chahie. un ke uchcharan se yagya, tap, dan adi anushthit hote hain, tat ke uchcharan se fal ki kamna ka tyag hota hai aur sat ka uchcharn brahm men sthit hone ke lie hota hai. ashtadash adhyay (78 shlok): is adhyay men gita ka upsanhar hai. shrikrishn, arambh men karmayog ka sar kahte hue tyag (karmon ke fal ko tyagne vale) aur sannyas ka antar spasht karte hain. ve kahte hain ki chitt ko shuddh karne vale yagya, dan aur tapasya adi manushya ke katrtavya karm hain. parantu, inhen katrtapn ke abhiman aur fal ki ichcha ke bina karna manushya ka kartavya hai. shrikrishn ne karmon ki siddhi ke liye panch karan kahe hain jinmen pratham char hain: deh, katrta, indriyan aur vividh cheshtaen. shrikrishn kahte hain ki panchm karan main svayan hi hun aur meri marji ke bina kuch bhi sanbhav nahin hai. jo vyakti karmayog se purnatah sanymit hai unhen apne man aur indriyon ko niyantrit karte hue vyavhar karna hoga jisse use moksh ki prapti ho sake. shrikrishn kahte hain ki mujhe apne bhakt priya hain, main unki raksha karta hun, unhen apne dham ane men unki madad karta hun. atah sadaiv mere vishay men socho aur meri bhakti men sanlagn raho jisse tum mujhe hi prapta ho. shrikrishn ne arjun ko, purvokta kahe gae ki apeksha, atyant gopniya vakya ka punah shravan karne ko kaha, tum mere priya ho isilie main tumhen kahta hun ki tum mujhe apna chitta samarpan karo aur mere parayan hokr meri bhakti karo isse tum mujhe hi prapt karoge. is prakar, prabhu kripa prapt karke arjun ne shrikrishn se kaha ki ab mera moh nishchit rup se nasht ho gaya hai aur mainne atmasmriti prapt ki hai. atah ab main apki agya ka palan karunga. ant men, sanjay ne param vismit, harshit aur romanchit hote hue dhritrashtra se kaha ki use guru kripa se sakshat shrikrishna ko sunne ka avasar mila aur ab uska yah nishchit mat hai ki jahan yogeshvar krishn hain, dhanurdhari arjun hain, vahin shri, vijay, aishvarya-vriddhi aur nyay-paraynta hai.

fyuchar samachar ka vartaman ank bhagvan shrikrishn ko samarpit hai. is ank men bhagvan shrikrishn, unse sambandhit kahaniyan evan shrimad bhagavadgita ke mahatvapurn vyakhyanon ko samavisht kiya gaya hai. mahatvapurn alekhon men sammilit hain: gita ke shabdarthon ka mul evan vartaman, shrikrishn ji ka bhagavad prapti sandesh, sankshipt gitopnishad krishn ki ras lila ya jivan ras lila, karm ka dharm adi. iske atirikt patrika ke anya sthayi stambhon ke antargat anek vicharottejak alekhon ko sanlagn kiya gaya hai.
