iski jar kahan hai? aie is par bhi sukshmata se vichar karte hain. patanjal yog darshan men maharshi patanjli kahte hain. avidyasmitaragadveshabhiniveshaah kleshaah. sukhanushyi ragah. dukhanushyi dveshah. sadhanapad .. 3 .. 7 .. 8 .. avidya, smita, rag, dvesh aur abhinivesh ye panch klesh hain, inhin kleshon se rog hota hai. ye sabhi yog sadhna ke marg men bahut bare badhak hain. rag aur dvesh donon hi dukhi karte hain. is dukh ki, is rog ki jar kahan hai? kam vat hai, apar lobh kaf hai aur krodh pitt hai jo chati ko jalata rahta hai. pitt ki vriddhi hone se krodh barhta hai. krodh agni hai aur pitt bhi ag hai. krodhagni se sharir jalne lagta hai, khun sukhne lagta hai. chati men jalan, pet men gais, sir men dard hone lagta hai. ishrya kya hai? jalan kya hai? ye sab ag hain, inse jalan utpann hoti hai jismen log jinda hi jalte rahte hain. yah jalan sharir ko andar se khokhla kar deti hai. krodh ke samay agar bhojan kiya jae to us bhojan se pachak ras nahin banta. is tarah chinta, krodh aur bhay se apach ho jata hai. apach bhojan bari ant men mal ke rup men sarta rahta hai. is saran ko kabj kahte hain. is saran se jo gais niklti hai use gaistrik kahte hain. yahi gais pure sharir men failakar tarh-tarah ke rog utpann karti hai. is krodh ka ghar hai man. man men hi ishrya, dvesh, krodh, lobh adi rog ka bij panpta hai jo sharir men gaistrik raktachap, shugar adi rup men utpann karta hai. jab tak man ke bhitar ka rog samapt n ho jae tab tak sharir svasth nahin ho sakta. dava tatha upchar se rog dab to jate hain lekin jar se khatm nahin hote. jab tak man ke andar ki saran samapt n ho jae tab tak us saran ki durgandh sharir men failegi hi. is saran ko jar se khatm karta hai pranayam. pranayam men lanba gahra shvas sharir ke ang-pratyang men hi pravesh nahin karta, chitt ko bhi chuta hai, uske durgunon ko bhi dur karta hai. yogashchittavrittinirodh pranayam se chitt ki vrittiyon ka nirodh apne ap ho jata hai. chitt ki shuddhi hone par usmen chaitanya mahaprabhu ka padarpan hota hai, atma parmatma ka milan hota hai. chairasi lakh yoniyon ke chakkar se mukti mil jati hai jo manav ka charam lakshya hai. is tarah lakshya ko prapt kar yogi ka jivan sukhamay ho jata hai.
