nadi shabd nadi mandal se sanbandhit hai, jiska arth hai ki akashiya vishuvat seva. nadi kutan tan sangrrahyan, kutanan tu shiromnim. brahmana kanyaka kanth sutratven vinirmitam.. (arthat jis prakar vivahit kanya ke lie mangal sutra avashyak hai, usi prakar nadi vichar vivah yogya kanya ke lie sarvopri hai. nadi dosh sarva shiromni mahadosh hai. nadi kitni: sab jante hain ki nadi sankhya tin hain, adi, madhya aur antya. lekin nadiyon ki sankhya 3, 4 ya 5 bhi mani jati hai. dakshin bharat men aj bhi panch nadi (rajju) ka vichar kiya jata hai. nari chakra ya rajju chakra sada sarvakar hi bante hain. prachin lekhon men kuru, jangal (aj ka hariyana), pashchimi uttar pradesh aur rajputana adi sthanon par char nadi ka vichar hota hai. madhya bharat men bhi char nadiyan mani jati thin, yatha- jangleshu chaturmala panchale panchmalika. trimala sarva desheshu vivahe munisanmatam.. (briddh garga) atah tin nadiyon vala mat sarvatra prachlit hai. adi madhyantanusar rajju chakra (trinadi chakra) adi nadi: ashvini, adrra, punarvasu, u.fa., hast, jyeshtha, mul, shatbhisha, pu.bha.. madhya nadi: bharni, mrigshira pushya, pu.fa. chitra, anuradha, pu.bha., dhanishtha, u.bha.. antya nadi: krittika, rohini, ashlesha, magha, svati, vishakha, u.bha., shravan, revti. ek sidh men parne vale nakshatron par var-kanya ka vivah n karen (varahmihir) nadi doshastu vipranam nadidoshastu vipranan varnadoshastu bhujujam. gandoshastu vaishyeshu yonidoshashch padje.. aya hai ki nadi dosh keval vipron (brahmanon) ko hi dekhna chahie, anya ko nahin. are! vismay hai, vish to vish hai, jo bhi khaega, marega. atah nadi dosh sabko dekhna chahie. nadi dosh ya rajju vichar dakshin bharat men sabke lie gaun hai. vahan rashi, rashish, vashya, mahandri v yoni ye 5 chijen pramukh batayi hain, yatha - ityukteshvanukulyeshu panch mukhyani tanyapi. rashi rashish mahendra yoni vashyani punstriyoah.. (varahmihir) lekin vashishth ji ne iska fal bhinn bataya hai. madhya nadi men vaidhavya evan shesh nadiyon men kanya ki mrityu hoti hai. ek se tin varshon ke andar kufal ho jata hai. nadi dosh sadaiv janm nakshatra se hi dekhna chahie. ‘jyotishsar’ men aya hai ki yadi donon ki agra (adi) nadi ho to bharta ke lie bura hai, madhyanadi donon ke lie ashubh aur ant nadi kanya ko mrityudayak hoti hai. yatha- agranadi vyadhedyarta madhya nadi vyadhedvayam. prishthanadi vyadhetkanya mriyate natra sanshay..’ (jyotishsar) vashishth sanhita men aya hai ki - ‘nadi viveye yadi syadvivahah karoti vedhavyayutan ch kanyam. s ev mahendra dinadi yukto rashish yoni sahito n doshah.. ek nadi hone par dosh hai ya nahin rashish maitri ya navanshesh maitri hone se gan, yoni, vair adi doshon ka shaman to ho jata hai lekin nadi dosh is sthiti men bhi bana rahta hai. û yadi donon ka nakshatra ek ho aur rashiyan bhinn hon, jaise krittika ke pratham charan evan shesh tinon charnon men nakshatraikya hone par bhi rashi bhed hai. û ek rashi ke bhinn nakshatron men janm hone par nadi dosh nahin rahta. jaise svati v vishakha men ek rashi hone par bhi nakshatra bhed rahta hai. û donon ka nakshatra ek hone par charan alg-alag hon to nadi dosh nahin hota hai. yatha - nakshatraikye pad bhede shubhansyat.’ ye parihar ri lallacharya, garg v keshav adi acharyon ne tatha anek manya granthon ne svikar kie hain yatha - nakshatramekan yadi bhinn rashyo raminnarashyoryadi minnamriksham. pritistadanin nibidanrinaryoah chetkritika rohinivannadi.. (acharya keshav vivah vrindavn) atah jo bat nadi dosh jaise mahadosh ko shaman karti ho vah ganadi dosh ko avashya shant karegi. yahi bat bhi lallacharya ne kaha hai ki: priti vitt sukhdah karagraham tvek rashishu ch bhinnaman yadi. varunajpdbhan bhvedyada, nadi dosh gan jo n vidyate.. ramdaivagya ke anusar yadi var-kanya donon ki ek rashi ho kintu nakshatra bhinn ho, athva ek nakshatra ho kintu rashi do hon to nadi v gan ka dosh nahin hota hai. yadi donon ka ek hi nakshatra ho kintu charan bhinn ho to bhi vivah shubh hota hai, yatha- rashyaikye cheùinnamrikshandvayoah syannakshatraikye rashiyugman tathaiv. nadi dosho no gananan ch dosho nakshatraikye padbhede shubhan syat.. (ram daivagya) vishesh parihar yadyapi var kanya ka janm nakshatra ek hone par yadi charan bhed hai to nadi dosh nahin hota hai, yah ek samanya niyam hai. lekin ek apvad bhi hai, yatha- rohinyarda mrigendragni pushya shravan paushnayam. uttara praushthapachchaiv nakshatraikye'pi shobhanam.. (bhrigu) arthat rohini adrra mrigshira, pushya, vishakha, shravan, uttarabhadrapad v revti in ath nakshatron men se kisi ek nakshatra men charan bhed n hote hue bhi var-kanya donon ka janm ho to nadi dosh nahin rahta hai. lekin adhikansh granth ise nahin mante hain. acharya keshav ke anusar parashar jo ek rashi, nakshatra men charan bhed se vivah shubh mante hain. lekin ‘vashishth shishya’ ek charan bhi nadi bhed nahin mante hain. ekansh katve'pi basishth shishyo naikatra pide kil nadivedhah.. (vivah vrindavn) ‘vivah kutuhl’ men bataya hai ki, nisarg shubh grah (budh, guru, shukra) yadi donon ki rashiyon ke svami hai aur nadi dosh banta hai, tab bhi vah nahin mana jaega. ”shukre jive tatha saumye ek rashishvaro yadi. nadi dosho n vaktavyah sarvathayatnato budhaiah. (jyotinibandhokta) ‘jyotirnibandha’ men punah likha gaya hai ki bharni, krittika, rohini, mrigshira, adrra, pushya, magha, vishakha, anuradha, shravan, dhanishtha, pu.bhadra., u. bhadra. v revti. in 14 nakshatron men se kisi ek men hi donon ka janm hone par nadi dosh nahin hota hai. yadi inmen se ek, do nakshatra chor bhi den to yah prayah bahumat prapt hain. inhin nakshatron ko dhyan men rakhakar hi kaha gaya hai ki ek nakshatra jatanan nadi dosho n vidyate. atah ev sarvatra is vakya ka prayog trutipurn hoga. ajaikyanmitra vasudvidaiv, prabhanjanagnyark bhujangbhani. mukund jivantak bhani nunam shubhani yoshinnar janmabhaikye.. (jyotirnibandhokta) aur dekhie: rohinyarda mrigendranan pushya shravan revti. ahirbudhnyakrshameteshan nadidosho n vidyate.. atri rishi ke anusar aya hai ki rashish paraspar mitra hon, ya ek hi hon, ya navanshesh paraspar mitra hon ya ek hi hon to ganadi dusht hone par bhi vivah shubh hai. vah putra-pautra karak v vriddhikarak hota hai. ‘devlmuni’ ne bhi isi ko kaha hai ki: ‘abhidukhdhiyau srijtah shubhan rashinvanshkyoriti devlah.’ yadi var kanya donon ki ek rashi ho to bhi vashishth ji kahte hain ki rashish ekta thik hai yatha - ‘ekadhipatye tvath mitra bhave stri pansrashyornarajjudoshe. shatkashtakadishnavapi sharmadasyadudvahkmachrto tayoshch.. (vashishth sanhita) atah parihar drashtavya hai ki û donon ki rashi ek aur nakshatra bhinn hon. û donon ka nakshatra ek aur rashiyan bhinn hon. û donon ka nakshatra ek aur charan bhinn hon. û donon ki rashi maitri na ho kintu navanshesh maitri ho to gan, nadi v varn doshadi anya dosh nahin rahte hain. garg rishi ke anusar uprokt sab thik hote hue bhi kuch varjaniya bataya hai ki krittika, rohini, dhanishtha, shatbhisha, pushya v ashlesha ye nakshatra ek hi rashi ke jore hain. fir bhi nadi parihar hone par bhi v in joroen men rashi ekadhipatya hote hue bhi vivah nahin karna chahie. yah ashubh nadi kut hai. atah var kanya ka janm yadi in joron men ho to yatnapurvak vivah chor dena chahie. dhyan rahe ki ‘kisi nakshatra ke pratham pad v chaturth pad men, dusre v tritiya pad men paraspar vair hota hai. aisa hona bhi pad vedh kahlata hai. adyanshen chaturthansh chaturthanshyenyadiyam. dvitiyen tritiyantu tritiyen dvitiyakam.. yayo bhashan vyadhashchaiv jayte varakanyayoah. tato bhrityurn sandehah sheshanshasvalpadoshdaah.. (narptijacharya) ek nadi dosh ki shubhta: ek nadi dosh jo vivah men param ashubh mana jata hai vah malik v naukar, malik v ganv jahan rahna hai ki ek nadi hone par achche sanbandh banvata hai. afasar v karmachari ka patav karata hai. ek nadi vala parausi apka achcha sahyogi siddh ho sakta hai, yatha- grame va nagrevapi rajsevkyostatha. ek rikshe bhavetpritiah vinvahe duahkhmadishet.. upay: adhik ayu hone par milan ki avashyakta nahin hoti hai. kyonki rajasvala kanya ke vivah men milan nahin dekha jata hai. fir bhi upay hain, yatha: û ek nari dosh men svarnadan karne se dosh shant ho jata hai - athauk nadi yujigo svarnadi dattvodvahet.
