kayakalp hokar vyakti ke sharir ko navinta milti hai. - sharir ke atirikt garmi shant hoti hai aur rogon ka nash hota hai. - sharir men rog virodhi takat badhti hai. - manspeshiyon, mastishk, jannendriya adi ko atirikt urja prapt hoti hai. - vicharon men bhi shuddhata ati hai. smaran shakti ki badhottari hoti hai. - sharir men sfurti ane lagti hai. - karya karne ki kshamata badhti hai. upvas men savdhaniyan: - upvas karna jitna saral lagta hai utna hi hanikarak bhi ho sakta hai islie nimn savdhaniyane ka dhyan rakhna chahie. - upvas karne se pahle upvas ke vishay men puri jankari hasil karni chahie. kisi prakritik chikitsa visheshagya se puri jankari len ya kisi visheshagya ki dekhrekh men upvas karen. - upvas rakhne se pahle apne ap ko sahi tarike se taiyar karen- yadi upvas ek ya do mah ke lie karna hai to upvas ki avdhi ko dhire-dhire badhaen arthat khana dhire-dhire choden. shuru men jitna khana ap pratidin khate hain use dhire-dhire pratidin kam karte jayen aur purn upvas men aen. - upvas avdhi men sharir ke kai prakar ke vijatiya upadrav shuru ho jate hain jaise nind n ana, kamjori mahsus hona, halki harakat ho jana, sir dard hona v jalan adi. par isse ghabrana nahin chahie kyonki yah apne ap hi thik ho jate hain. aise men enima kafi labhkari hota hai.
