svasth rahne ki sarthakata tabhi hogi jab ham apni dinacharya ya jivan shaili ko adhunikta ke dayre se nikal kar anushasit, niyantrint dhang se jivan jine ka sankalp len kyonki vatrtaman samay men karta hai, vah n siddhi prapt karta hai aur n hi sukh-shanti tatha parmgti ko prapt karta hai. usi prakar ayurvedshastra kahta hai dharmarthakammokshanamarogyan mulmuttamam- dharm arth, kam aur moksh prapti men shreshth mul karan sharir ka nirog hona hi hai. ishvariya niyam palan se hi sharir nirog rah sakta hai. maharshi charak ke ayurvediya jivan siddhant men ayu ke sath hit evan ahit tatha sukh nahin karna chahie. 7. bhojan pashchat mutra tyag karna chahie. din charya ke saman hi ritucharya tatha ratricharya bhi mahatvapurn hai. sany kal ke samay bhojan, maithun, nind, parhna evan marg gaman nahin karna chahie. ratri ke pratham pahar men hi bhojan kar lena chahie. shayan kal men vastra dhile evan vistar svachch evan aramdayak hona chahie. sone ka kamra svachch evan havadar hona chahiai. sone se purva ishvar dhyan avashya karna chahie. prakriti ke sath sambandha:- jo manushya prakriti men rahta hai, use prakriti ke ath rup arogya pradan karte hai yatha jal, agni, hota, surya, chandra, akash aur prithvi evan vayu. dinacharya ke dauran in ath rupon ke sahyog se manav jivan sada svachch evan svasth rahta hai. kalidas ne prakriti ko shiv aur prakriti ke asht rupon ko shiv ki asht chahiai. ‘vritan yatnenan sanrakshetan’ . adarsh (prakritik) jivan shaili ka vaidik strot:- vaidik gyan srot hamare acharan, sanskar satkarm, sadvichar ko parishkrit karte hai. jinse hamen jivan jine,
