namaskar ya pranam karna ek samman hai, ek sanskar hai. pranam karna ek yaugik prakriya bhi hai. baron ko hath jorakar pranam karne ka vaigyanik mahatva bhi hai. namaskar man, vachan aur sharir tinon men se kisi ek ke madhyam se kiya jata hai.

'nam:' dhatu se bana hai 'namaskar'.

nam: ka arth hai naman karna ya jhukna. namaskar ka matalab pair chuna nahin hota. namaskar shabd hindi, gujrati, marathi, tamil, bangali adi vartaman men prachlit bhashaon ka shabd nahin hai. yah hindu dharm ki bhasha sanskrit ka shabd hai. sanskrit se hi sabhi bhashaon ka janm hua.

is tarah naskar ka adhyatmik aur vyavharik donon hi tarah ka labh milta hai. isse jahan dusron ke prati man men namrata badhti hai vahin mandir men namaskar karne se vyakti ke bhitar sharnagat aur kritagyata ke bhav ka vikas hota hai. isse man aur mastishk shant hota hai aur shighra hi adhyatmik saflta milti hai.

manovaigyanik asar

bharat men hath jodakar namaskar karna ek manovaigyanik paddhati hai. hath jodakar ap jor se bol nahin sakte, adhik krodh nahin kar sakte aur bhag nahin sakte. yah ek aisi paddhati hai jismen ek manovaigyanik dabav hota hai. is prakar pranam karne se samne vala vyakti apne ap hi vinamra ho jata hai.

adhyatmik rahasya

dahina hath achar arthat dharm aur bayan hath vichar arthat darshan ka hota hai. namaskar karte samay dayan hath baen hath se judta hai. sharir men dain or jhada aur banin or pingla nadi hoti hai. aise men namaskar karte samay jhada, pingla ke pas pahunchti hai aur sir shrriddha se jhuka hua hota hai.

hath jorne se sharir ke rakt sanchar men pravah ata hai. manushya ke adhe sharir men sakaratmak ayan aur adhe men nakaratmak ayan hote hain. hath jorne par donon aynon ke milne se urja ka pravah hota hai. jisse sharir men sakaratmakata ka samavesh hota hai. kisi ko pranam karne ke bad ashirvad ki prapti hoti hai aur uska adhyatmik vikas hota hai.

namaskar ke mukhyat: tin prakar hain:-

  • samanya namaskar,
  • pad namaskar
  • sashtang namaskar.

samanya namaskar :

kisi se milte vakt samanya taur par donon hathon ki hatheliyon ko jodakar namaskar kiya jata hai. pratidin hamse koi n koi milta hi hai, jo hamen namaskar karta hai ya ham use namaskar karte hain.

  • kabhi bhi ek hath se namaskar n karen aur n hi gardan hilakar namaskar karen. donon hathon ko jodakar hi namaskar karen. isse samne vale ke man men apke prati achchi bhavna ka vikas hoga aur ap men bhi. ise matra aupcharik abhivadan n samjhen.
  • namaskar karte samay matra 2 sekand ke lie netron ko band kar dena chahie. isse ankhen aur man rifresh ho jaenge.
  • namaskar karte samay hathon men koi vastu nahin honi chahie.

pad namaskar :

is namaskar ke antargat ham apne parivar aur kutumb ke bujurgon, mata-pita adi ke pair chukar namaskar karte hain. parivar ke alava ham apne guru aur adhyatmik gyan se sanpann vyakti ke pair chute hain.

  • aise kisi vyakti ke pair nahin chuna chahie jise ap achchi tarah jante nahin hon ya jo adhyatmik sanpann vyakti nahin hai. bahut se log ajakal chaplusi ya pad-lalsa ke chalte rajnitigyaon ke pair chute rahte hain, jo ki galat hai.

sashtang namaskar :

    ise dandavat pranam bhi kahte hain. yah namaskar sirf mandir men hi kiya jata hai. shadripu, man aur buddhi, in athon angon se ishvar ki sharan men jana arthat sashtang naman karna hi sashtang namaskar hai.

  • mandir men namaskar karte samay ya sashtang namaskar karte vakt pairon men chappal ya jute n hon.
  • mandir men namaskar karte samay purush sir n dhanken aur striyon ko sir dhankna chahie. hanuman mandir aur kalika ke mandir men sabhi ko sir dhankna chahie.
  • hathon ko jodte samay anguliyan dhili rakhen. anguliyon ke bich antar n rakhen. hathon ki anguliyon ko anguthe se dur rakhen. hatheliyon ko ek-dusre se n sataen, unke bich rikt sthan choden.
  • mandir men devta ko naman karte samay sarvapratham donon hatheliyon ko chati ke samaksh ek-dusre se joden. hath jodne ke uprant pith ko age ki or thoda jhukaen.
  • fir sir ko kuch jhukakar bhrumadhya (bhauhon ke madhyabhag) ko donon hathon ke anguthon se sparsh kar, man ko devta ke charnon men ekagra karne ka prayas karen.
